We took a superior room which showed a window in the pics. When we checked in it was a pigeon hole with no windows. So we paid extra and upgraded. Very small rooms and very basic. Wouldnt recommend. Better pay this price and stay at a branded chain

Very small bathroom & restroom in one, toilet seat gets wet while taking shower; Rooms without window and noisy AC. No hot water at night (some heater problem). Limited breakfast options. Not every staff member able to speak English

The continuos drilling , concrete cutting and hammering sound from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on every day . They are making a new entrance to the hotel and a restaurant . The construction work is still on . Had we known that it was a construction site we would have never booked there. Being a senior citizen couple we go out to make short trips to temples and be back to the hotel to take rest which was denied by the loud noise causing severe headache . We were trusting that Booking.com would ensure these things .

Staff need to have more experience in standardising the services provided. They should be provided more training and should be having checklist of completing a service on end to end basis. Many times they forget to standardise for completeness and miss out things. pl take this as a positive feedback to improve rating of your hotel.

The location is quite attractive

There's a serious problem in their kitchen & restaurant. They served pathetic stale food due to which 4 out of 6 people in our family fell sick because of food poisoning. The next day we got to know that many other guests also had similar problems. Their staff was extremely lousy and irresponsible. We raised our concern multiple times and asked them to escalate this to the hotel owner. Finally when we shouted on them after 1.5 days of follow ups, their owner/ contractor suddenly came out and started shouting back on us without even listening to our issue. He walked towards my wife trying to push her back. He threatened and insulted us. Then we called cops and they helped us in resolving the issue. They made him say sorry in front of his whole staff and other guests. Hail UP police!! We left the property a day earlier than our planned date. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this property. Their regular staff is highly under qualified and they do not know how to handle guests, specially during sold out days.

Location, cleanliness, staff were all excellent. Would definitely recommend others. Will book again without hesitation.
