The price is very reasonable, and the hotel is well-equipped with all the amenities needed. The guest room and the amenities are very clean, I would highly recommend the hot spring bath (onsen).
I wish there would be complementary bottles of water in the guest room and the rest room near the hot spring bath.

The Hotel room is clean and comfortable. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The laundry room is very convenient. The onsen is superb.

Hotel provided everything that was needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous!
There were limited car parking lots so you might be forced to park elsewhere. Public hot spring felt a little dirty with some hair floating about. Room was a little small.

The hotel is a short walk from Kurume Station. It has all the necessary amenities and a nice public bath. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I didn’t know that there’s a hot spring in the hotel when I booked it. The location and price are good. Hot spring is a bonus. The staff is nice, and they provide masks for ladies for beauty purposes after hot spring:)

Brand new hotel (opened in April 2019). Large rooms for Japan! Amazing air conditioning. Wonderful massaging chair in the room. Excellent staff, very accommodating even though English was a challenge for them. The shower and toilet are a nice set up as well. This hotel was GREAT value for the price.
No issues whatsoever on this stay.
