Hacienda antigua

Habitación con mosquitos, desayuno incluido pésimo. Cenamos en el restaurante, pedimos la cuenta y nos percatamos que incluyeron el porcentaje de la propina sin preguntarnos.

Sus instalaciones son muy bonitas, pensé que era más grande pero está acogedor.

Que no hubo agua caliente en mi habitación y la comida no es muy buena.

Has so much potential but hasn’t been invested in. Beautiful surroundings. At least aircon worked!

Tired looking. Only 6 sun loungers by the pool so as it’s only thing to do there (no tv in rooms or fridge!) guests have to stand! Not even chairs! When we were there they had no drinking water! Absurd! Staff didn’t seem to find this odd and were laid back about it! Shower in rooms only a dribble. Food not good. Staff friendly enough but clueless. Had been so looking forward to staying here due to photos and reviews but disappointed.

Garden, atmosphere, fauna, personal, kindness, decoration, calmness, nice breakfast and diner, nice pool.

We had a large room with a high ceiling, the airco couldn’t cool the room properly …. It was quit hot and humid outside.

Lovely place, we really liked the decor in our room. The swimming pool is warm and pleasant. The gardens around the property are also really nice. The restaurant was open and we enjoyed the food.

Espresso in the morning could be included in the breakfast, especially if it’s the only thing you have.

Hacienda Sacnicte proved to be a colossal disappointment. From the lack of attention to detail and unfriendly staff to the misrepresented room and noisy location, this hotel fell far short of deserving a 5-star rating. When I brought to their attention that the room assigned to me lacked curtains and didn't match the description, their solution was to offer a bigger room, but at an additional cost in cash, without providing an invoice. I highly recommend exploring other options that prioritize guest satisfaction.
