House needed a little work but not a problem overall. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner was very good.

there are a lot of issues in this house that need taking care of Instead of making money make this house safe.

Overall the location and set up of property is great. Host was very informative for property for check in. We didn’t get to spend much time in cabin do to business trip. But would make a great cabin to stay in for a gathering main kitchen is great. With lots of room. Only difficults we had was we never found a way to turn on lights around hot tub. With multi levels and multiple people i would bring a fan if you take 3rd floor or the coldest person. Because the balance with thermostats is difficult. It was a hot one. But beds are very comfortable. I like the decor and simplified of the decorations in the basement bedrooms and 3rd floors. But the other guest were definitely not fans of the stuffed bears. And the lot of extra decor in living rooms. But everyone has their own tast there. But less would be better.

Great location - lots of room!

The location was awesome because we didn't have to trek up a big mountain. The cabin legit slept 12 and we all felt like we had our own private space. It was incredibly homey feeling and we loved our experience so much!

Although there were a lot of stairs, I loved that we were all able to have our own spaces!! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was private. Maria was great!!!

Everyone had a great time. The only thing I would recommend is extra blankets for the beds. It gets a little chilly at night. Mini fridge not working properly. But not a real issue. Great cabin.

Good property, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Not the newest cabin but fit the bill for what we needed. Nice quiet area!

This was an awesome stay! The cabin itself was beautiful and comfortably slept 9 of us. The location was perfect with only being 5-10 minutes from our preferred activities but was tucked away in the woods that made it feel like a true smoky mountain stay! I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Cabin is a bit dated, overall stay was ok. Be cautious if using the 3rd floor bathroom, if the shower curtain is not all the way in the shower pan it will cause the water to run onto the 1st and second floors. Also, the fire alarm went off twice for no apparent reason. Lighting is dim in the kitchen. The host is very responsive though which was a huge plus.

This has to be the dirtiest cabin I have ever stayed in. The dust was inches thick on the ceiling fans, you could write your name in the dust everywhere else. Cobwebs in every corner. One closet had dirty towels in the floor, another closet had shoes and a hat in the floor, the dishwasher still had dishes in it, but to top it off the hot tub had toys in the bottom of it and fingernails! It was terrible. The whole bottom floor had a musty smell. The list could go on…..

The house is very nice and has a lot of room. Deck is a nice place to hang out. Hot tub was hot and clean. Lots of steps. The driveway is large but steep. But, All the driveways are steep. This one is average steepness and larger in size than average. It has an exit and entrance which is nice to drive through instead of having to back down it. Low clearance cars can get up and down the driveway but not trailers. Loved the house, the only issue was trying to figure out the temperature controls. Several different thermostats make it difficult to get temperatures of the rooms and common areas synced. The guess bedrooms had issues with the power outlets. Lights switches throughout house are hard to find. Some I never found. Seemed like one room would be way too cold and the other way too hot. These issues were not major and I would stay here again.

Honestly no complaints on our stay at this cabin it was unique love the craftsmanship on the stair case, area was super nice, nice people around us made us feel welcome an very quiet I would go back.

We just stayed 2 days as it was a quick trip and we stayed very little time in the cabin. Lighting was difficult to figure out and was limited. We found some lamps were unplugged as well. Overall being as we didn’t stay long we didn’t get a chance to experience much of being in the cabin. We mainly came in late and went straight to bed. It fit our need for the short amount of time we were there.

I think the overall was amazing

No hot water on 3rd floor, not enough towels or wash clothes for guests, cabin was not clean looks like it hadn't been dusted in months, not enough lighting in kitchen had to use flashlight to cook. Christmas decor still up at end of Feb.

We were there for a volleyball tournament and the cabin was in a perfect location for us to access the venue. It was exceptionally cold (record lows) when we were there but the Owners made sure we knew how to operate the systems to provide comfort throughout our stay. They were responsive to any questions that we had and even met us with some items that we had accidentally left behind. It was a great experience.

Overall it was a nice stay.

Overall great experience. The cabin has lots of space and is nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to Dollywood, shopping centers. Short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

It was a very cool cabin

The house was in a perfect location. There was plenty room for everyone.

Home was not cleaned from the previous renters. We alot two days a year to hang out with friends. You dont want to arrive and find dirty towels and beds without sheets. Wasted the evening dealing with this issue. Mistakes happen owners supplied sheets and towels but it sets a bad precedent.

My family and i enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. This is an older property and as with any stay things can come up. My host was the most responsive hosthave she immediately set forth every effort to make things right. There were a few things her cleaning crew left undone but it was no fault of hers. I was overall very pleased with my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we encountered with the cabin was it was not elderly friendly. It was difficult for our older guests to climb up and down the stairs inside and steps outside to get to the kitchen and main living area, which are on the second floor. Everything else was nice and enjoyable.

We arrived after check-in and found the cabin not ready for us. After contacting the owner/manager she was able to get someone to come by to clean and prepare the rooms. It was a tough start to a long travel day, but the owner/manager went on to make it right. The cabin is very large with four separate bedrooms and bathrooms; a great find for the price and for the location. The pictures need to be updated and the cabin could be made a little less cute by removing the many knickknack that are always gathering dust and make it seem cluttered and dingy at times. Be ready for a steep driveway that is actually steeper than it appears in the pictures. Overall, this is a great location and a great find for a large gathering. I wanted to give it five-stars, but it just falls a little shy. That said, I would definitely stay here again!
