For the most part our stay was great. The only problems we had was no code for the pool and it took almost 2 days to get that. One of the toilets didnt flush and again, took almost 2 days to get it fixed but we had 3 other bathrooms, so not really a big issue.

When you first walk in you are blown away by the size of the condo, but then you start doing your walk through and notice that its very worn and damaged. Writing on the walls from previous renters with the pool cues, the covers on the two couches are raggedy and ours had throw up on it, one of the doors on the island in the kitchen is falling off, first bathroom in the hall smells of mildew and one pool cue broken. Then the first night happens. The beds a thin and horribly uncomfortable, if you stay in a lower-level condo, which we did, you get to hear the upstairs neighbors moving furniture and kids running up and down the hallways till 2am or 3am, the signs and verbiage in the contract or rules states pool closes at 11pm but canyou go in as long as you are respectful to your fellow renters HA! they will be in the pool screaming well past 12am. I don't care how late they swim but the respectful part is definitely ignored and no one there is enforce it and if it was just like one night they'd have a late night and it got a little loud, I could understand that too, but this was every night in the pool and stomping from the condo right above us when trying to sleep until 3am, is ridiculous. And since we had to be accepted to even make our reservation I am a little surprised. It would also be nice that when asking the host if golf cart rental are close and available, when providing the info asked maybe also let the person know they are not allowed at their location would be nice

We had a group of 14 staying at the villa for our family vacay, 8 kids and 6 adults. The space, game room area, having 2 fridges, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our families. We loved the location of our villa with a super quick walk to the beach, a couple blocks to the amusement park and the ice cream shop right next door! Yum! The pool was also a great plus which we all enjoyed every day and almost every evening having a family night swim! We really did enjoy our time as a family and would definitely rent again!
My few small negatives are had a hard time getting TVs to work…even when following the directions they give you. Also don’t think the floors were mopped for a while cause everyone had dirty feet within an hour of arriving. Kitchen was lacking large griddle/frying pans to accommodate larger families.
I hate to complain cause we really did enjoy our stay but maybe these can be addressed. I did give it a 5 star overall with a 3 for cleanliness.

Condo is very big lots of space lots of bedrooms for people to sleep in along with bathrooms to accommodate each bedroom. Location was perfect block away from the beach and a 15 minute ride to any thing to participate in bike week.

We had a great time staying here in Myrtle Beach! The condo was in a convenient location and right across the street from the beach! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 13! We would most definitely stay here again!

We stayed in town for our wedding with some family members. The condo was clean and easy to get to. The washer was broken when we got there, but the owner was quick to reply and the machine was fixed the next business day.

The property owner was very difficult to deal with. We had issues and he would not make it right. We will never stay at this property again and want to let others know of the experience in hopes they will not either. The elevator worked only half the time while we were there. The kitchen was ill equipped. A television in one of the bedrooms did not work at all. We notified the management company and they assured us they would have these issues addressed. Definitely would not recommend staying at Myrtle Beach Villas.

Gloved that pretty much everyone had their own bathroom. That was such a help. The location being only a block from the beach was great. The pool was so nice plus the 2 hot tubs. I personally loved getting away from the group by being in the hammock on my balcony.

It’s hard to find accommodations for nine adults. This villa was comfortable, spacious and located in a great location. We were in Myrtle for my son’s bachelor trip. We were close to great restaurants and great golf courses. I highly recommend this villa.

The villa was beautiful! We all couldn’t be happier of this location of where we stayed. Perfect walking distance to the beach, the pool in the villa was great as well, solid spot that had everything around the villa to walk to. Would highly recommend staying here and will absolutely come and stay there again!!

Great location (only one block from the beach)! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our big family! The pool was simple but fun! Kids had tons of fun with the pool and fooze ball tables! We LOVED eating together at the huge table! Thank you!
Side note: there was a parking lot at the corner of Yaupon and 6th if you need more than 4 tags. The guy was super nice and affordable ($15 per night)

There is nothing like being a block from the beach. Across the street from a breakfast spot and liquor store. The ocean is unbelievable at low tide great for all ages. Everything was pretty much in walking distance or an 8 min drive. Thornys was an unexpected delicious delight for dinner. Would’ve liked some draws or shelves to unpack or hangers but we made due. Thank you for the experience.

Nice, clean place for 8 golfers and we never felt crowded. The pool is small and better suited for the kids, but there are two jacuzzi's and the beach is one block away. You have to bring your own beach chairs though. There are three charcoal bbq grills,not kept up very well but we managed. Overall though, I would recommend.

First of all the property worked for our group with some areas of concern. The major issue we all had was when signing the contract and reading all the things we had to look for when getting to the property so that we would not be charged for anything that was out of place, broken, dirty or just not right. It scared us all. That was the biggest headache of the whole entire trip. So when we got to the unit everyone had to go through and inspect their rooms as well as the main areas to sit and eat and the refrigerators. We found leftover open items in a cabinet that were left by previous renter. Again on the contract we signed it started not to leave any open items or we would get charged. So had to take a pictures of those items . We had to take pictures of everything we found, which was annoying. As we found new items we had to send pictures so that we would not get charged for the damaged items. Our balcony railing was unstable and the management company told us it just happened and based on what we saw there was plenty of rust at the base of the railing pole that was not new. The air conditioning could not be controlled upstairs. It was freezing cold on the second level of the unit. We had issues with the cable but it got fixed. The couch coverings looked like a dog or someone had pawed at it as we saw rips in the fabric. One shower upstairs had low water pressure it was like a sprinkler. The lazy river was very small.

Plenty of space and beds for 8 golfers. Very nice layout for group gatherings for dinner/social gatherings or you could have private time in own bedrooms. Hot tubs were nice when they worked, had a couple times when jets didn’t work. Overall had a great stay there.

This property was absolutely wonderful!! Our family of 12 really enjoyed our stay. Also the communication is excellent between the property managers and guess. Its also close to alot of stores and restaurants within walking distance.

This place is so spacious with so much to do. Pool, kids splash, hot tub, fooseball and pool table. Located near almost everything. Walking distance to everywhere. Very short walk to the beach. Coffee shop, store, ice cream store, pizza place are all right across the street. I loved it and would definitely stay again. Great communication with staff and that’s worth it all. Thank you!

Great for large families
We had 14 folks in our party from 2 to 82. It was a great layout for the family. The ocean access was right across the street. Two balconies overlooked the lazy river, 2 hot tubs and splash zone.

Great vacation location
We really enjoyed our stay here! Having a numeric code to enter the property made things so easy after we arrived and everything inside was clean and just as advertised. The property manager even messaged to ask if we had any problems on arrival. The location was great and there was plenty of room for our large group to spread out. I highly recommend this property!
