It's in a fairly decent location. Not too far from the SM Mall.
1 The inside as soon as we walked in the building smelled of dog poop
2 The room was not clean and the bed linen had stains. The room itself smelled of dog poop.Was told someone would be in the following day to clean the room. That never happened. What did happen was that I was given 1 sheet that didn't fit the bed and it was torn.
3 The air con had mold it barely kept the room cool.
4 The CR was less than ideal and hot shower constantly cycled cold water
5 On a 1-10 scale I would give this place a -1. Very disappointing experience. I won't recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be stayin here when I come back to General Santos.

I liked location. Good price.
There were unclean mirror and sink.

My room had no hot showers. I saw two cockroaches inside crawling. The service was passable, she tried to make it better by offering for me to use the other room for hot shower.

the room was clean except the bathroom. it looks like they didn't clean it deeply for months especially the mirror.

Perfectly good for the value, nice stuff and super friendly security. The rooms where small but that's what we looked for. Would definitely go back if i need a place to sleep.
The dogs outside where sadly loud the hole night. But that's not a fault of the hotel.

It al pretty warnout and at the end of its lifespan or most probably past its life span.
