The bed was hard but I brought my memory foam topper as this is usually the case and I have problems with my back and hip. Everyone else slept fine.

Stunning location, gorgeous property and equipped with everything you could need for a weekend away with the family (2 adults + 2 young children)

The master bed mattress needs replacing or is otherwise just a firm mattress - that was the only downside to an otherwise fantastic stay,

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic scenic area. Cottage had everything you could think of needing, for nights away, very clean and well kept. Great communication from host. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to visit again.

Well equipped, spotlessly clean with lovely views. Great location to visit local sights and great for local walks.

Boiler was a bit noisy at night and smoke alarm overly sensitive when cooking. None of the above spoiled our stay though. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Good location. 5 minutes from Llangollen. Nice quiet area

Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived as the heating was turned off. It took about 4 hours for the house to warm up and feel comfortable. Once warm I could not fault the house. One of the best self catering houses we have stayed in. Beautifully clean and cozy.

Unfortunately we were plagued with bluebottles during our stay from the time we entered the property. We understand this was something that has not happened before but throughout our 2 overnight stays we spent a good amount of time trying to kill them. Thankfully there was plenty of fly spray in the cupboard. This was a real disappointment and had it not happened we would have had a much better experience.

A brilliant little property that is one (if not THE) most well provisioned cottages or rentals I've stayed in. Beautiful location, wonderful kitchen and facilities. Great wifi and Sky Q as well. Couldn't recommend more
