We liked the location.

The broken window, it was wide open in the middle of winter with a fan by it. This needs to get addressed. Couch has a paint can for a leg... and its right by the broken window so we didnt sit there once. . There was bounce sheets sticking out of the air vents, which made us think there was a weird smell in there they were trying to mask. It got really hot in the bedroom.

I still have not received my deposit back and the owner won’t reply also there was no hot water my whole stay

The property owner kept the security deposit without cause or comment, didn't communicate with us or acknowledge deficiencies that were noted upon arrival, and we are still fighting to get the security deposit returned.

falsely advertised as modern (old appliances, tub and toilet) and price wasn’t accurate. bathroom was unclean - pictures attached. window in main area was unable to close, we were cold due to this. price on booking was ~$90 per night. cleaning fees attached after booking was confirmed almost doubled it in price. do no recommend this host.

Dealing with Munir was nothing less than painful... it says a sofa bed and really its a pull down futon supported by a coffee can... The window lever in the livingroomis broken and there s no linen for the supposed" sofa bed"..... it took wèeks to get any answers from Munir....would NEVER stay here again

As listed above... The omly thing this place has going is Ctrain access but sooooo not worth the 80 cleaning fee FOR NOTHING

this property is horrendous. the place was a mess there was drugs left in the washroom of our rental and outlets with exposed wires in the unit. our truck window got smashed while we parked in the recommended location and our property was stolen. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. also our 250$ email transfer deposit was never returned

Did not stay there at all could not get in then they wanted hidden fees just said forget it ! I want my money back!!!

The property was located very centrally, making it easy to walk everywhere. The host was also very helpful after some hijinks while checking in!

Only that I struggled a bit with turning on the TV and that there was not really a view from the apartment.

The property has a very nice view, and all amenities that you would require to stay for any amount of time including a washer and dryer, kitchenette, living room, kitchen table and coffee maker. The property had clean towels, and extra blankets. There are a great couple pubs around the corner with great food. The hosts answered all of our questions, and made check in easy to enter the building.

Full of BED BUGS!! Doesn’t really match the pictures (smaller and not in great state of use), bathroom not really clean, dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes when we checked-in, only had one key. There’s an open parkade just behind the building but do not leave your car there at night, we got our window broken … Agreed to let us check in without a deposit as we booked couple days before arrival but asked for a security after their check-in time on the day of arrival. Do not try to arrange things over the phone, keep things via written messages (when they dare to answer).

Deposit was not returned after multiple requests. the apartment was in an impossible condition. the environment very dangerous. everything in the apartment broken or very dirty. none of the pictures were remotely up-to-date. bed bugs. and the contact to the landlord is a cheek. No reaction from the landlord after addressing the grievances in the apartment. careful not to book. they should be ashamed to even offer something like that. Pooh
