Bagno pulito ma poco funzionale. Letto trovato in condizione non confortevole, lenzuola sporche e macchiate, cuscini scomodi. Accoglienza da rivedere nei tempi e modi.

L’acqua calda non funzionava, quindi niente doccia. Il l’atto matrimoniale aveva 3 doghe rotte, quindi uno ha dormito in buca. La Wi-Fi non andava, proprio zero.

The room itself was nice and the underground station was directly in front of the building.

Communication with the host was really hard and only possible with Google translation since she didn't speak any English at all and only Italian. The room was cleaned once a day, but, unfortunately, afterwards smelled like cigarette smoke each time.

It was centrally located, easy access to many different shops.

Shower no door, did not drain well

My flight was delayed 1 hour, I informed to the apartment owner and he told me if I would arrive 1 minute later than midnight (check out is at 12.00 am), I couldnt get into the apartment. I was lucky because I got to arrive 5 minutes earlier than midnight but his treatment with me was horrible

Excellent location, metro is just in the front of the building. Settled in a great neigbourhood with a lot of cafes and shops to enjoy.

Close to a busy street so it can be a little noisy if you're not used to it.

It is a great advantage to be in a very decent and clean neighborhood compared to the historic center. There is a metro right in front of it and it is very easy to reach the center. The room was clean and the balcony was very pleasant. the bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all. We were able to sleep uninterrupted. wifi speed was good enough. air conditioner was working fine. we didn't have any problems. thanks pepe

The minibar was empty, at least there could be water. All parking spaces in the area are paid.

It is located very central, the rooms are clean and it was great value for money.

It's a clean and cheap guest house. It's close to the train and some restaurants.

The guy who waited for me in the guest house was rude and disrespectful. I arrived late at the indicated time of my check-in. I was on my tour in Rome and the train was delayed too. I called the guest house around 10 pm that I will be late. The guy who answered the phone hang up my calls a few times. I need to translate my messages into Italian so we could understand each other. So, he agreed that he will wait for me before 12 midnight. Unfortunately, the train going to Naples was delayed for 20mins. I arrived in Naples around 11:45 and there is no more trains at that time. Only buses and taxis are the options. There is a taxi driver came to me and asked where I'm going. It's only 10 mins drive and he asked for 35 euro which is too much. They are taking advantage of the tourist. So, I refused and decided to call the guy from the guest house if he can wait for about 20 to 30 mins so I can take a bus. He just message me back and he said "NO" I can't wait and I will close the door at 12 midnight. That time I was really stressed and tired so I decided to take a taxi and had a negotiable with the taxi driver if he is okay with 25 euro and he said yes. The taxi diver dropped me off at the guest house. I'm still trying to contact the guy in the guest house cause he never replied anymore or even answered my phone call. The taxi driver drove away without giving me my change. He took 50 euro. I was really pissed off that time. After 10 mins standing in front of the guest house, he just message me that the door was open. This is one of the worst guest houses that I stayed in. I stayed in 3 guest houses in Milan, Pisa, and Rome. I arrived always late at the indicated time but there are no issues from them. They should always consider that they are accepting tourists and there is always a chance that we might be late in checking in. Shout out to the owner of the guest house!.

Good location for commuting but noisy. Toilet window opens into the room. Bathroom wasn't dirty but not clean as well.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard and titled to one side.

The staff was nice, and attentive. The coffee available at the suite was really good.

Some other guests decided to make a ruckus and wake everyone up at 4:00-5:00 am. As far as I could tell, management did nothing about it

The location was great.

The shower had some mildew. Also impossible to keep water in the shower and off the bathroom floor.

In the center of Vomero, on the main square, accommodation on the first floor, yet the room is quiet, in the immediate vicinity of cafes and bars, nice host, clean, nice room, good hair dryer :) and normal-sized wardrobe, well-functioning air conditioning.

There is no such thing, everything was perfect ;)

There is not really 'reception' here, and the guy who checked us in didn't speak English so we couldn't get any help or recommendations from him about the city In addition the room was at 1st floor and traffic is super loud, specifically early morning

Its a nice place the metro is near there are many places to go clean

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Clean towels. The suite is in a good place from there you can reach easily important places of Napoli and restaurants.

I didn't liked that the bathroom and the room were not separated and there was no privacy plus that it was a sewage smell all the time. The big entrance door the made out of metal and every time someone was going in or out was making a lot of noise. On the corridor was cigarette smell. I don't know if it was a guest that was smoking or not but, it was not pleased or not.
