They only had 2 towels in the bathroom & the pillows on the bed were too soft. They should offer a firm & soft pillow on each bed.

There was no table that worked well for playing cards.

I booked this room on March 17 to check in April 1 at 2:43 pm they emailed me that they’ve had ongoing issues with the room so it’s not available I did not get this email until I checked in 2 minutes later than the email was sent to me which means I was in line behind my friends when she sent it. I believe check in is 3pm . I feel a $20 discount was not adequate as I booked so far in advance , and 17 mins notice before check in seems fishy just disappointed this happened we made it work for one night

Cozy room , clean , bathrooms were nice and clean as well. The front staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping entered our room at 9:30am then after realizing we were asleep slammed the door and continued to be extremely loud in the hallways.

The breakfast was really good..nice options to choose from the menu. The location to close to many amenities and very quiet.

This hotel is exceptional..loved it
