Most of the staff was super friendly. The food was really a good value and very tasty. The surroundings are just beautiful.

Hot water problems. Moved us to another room and still had problems. Either scalding hot, none at all, or just cold water. Hugely frustrating. The first room did not even have a door between the bathroom and bedroom. We were told all the rooms were like that except they had to move us and discovered the new room did in fact have sliding doors. We did not appreciate the front desk dishonesty, and lack of apology or empathy. We would stay there again except that front desk did not leave us feeling good.

This is a paradise in Kisii. It is perfectly located within a walking distance into town. The food was amazing. The staff were friendly. My husband and I enjoyed our trip and we will definitely come back.

The wifi was unstable same as the connection but could be because of the location. I was disappointed that for anything served in the room I had to pay immediately instead of them combining and charging me at the end of the stay. I was impressed by the front office, they were helpful and supportful . Regards to Elizabeth and Edwin for their help anytime.

The location was centrally located for shopping and it was quiet. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was amazing and accommodating. Check in was simple and there were no problems.

They need to install an elevator in the facility. Put more lighting on the pathways because it gets very dark at night. upgrade the shower system so hot water is available.

The location of the hotel is absolutely great. Quiet, private and lots of trees. The swimming pool is big and really useful in hot weather. Friendly and helpful staff. The food is absolutely delicious, however, the menu variety is not much. Would definitely visit again.

Breakfast was not value for our money.more so flesh for breakfast super not fresh it had stayed for long in the refrigerator so check on that
