Nous avons eu un excellent accueil de Federica et elle est restée très disponible pendant notre séjour. Le logement est très propre, pas fragile et très bien équipé. La vue est magnifique, la terrasse bien ensoleillée.

We loved this apartment! It is a very lovely place with a beautiful view of Naples and the water. We were greeted at the airport by Marcos the property manager and as he drove us to the apartment he explained and showed us everything we needed to know about the neighborhood. When we arrived at the apartment it was wonderful that they had already supplied us with some essentials. Coffee, milk, pastries and more. We had planned to see Naples during the daytime, come back to the apartment, and then go out again at night. But the lovely view from the balcony, and the peacefulness of the patio kept us from going out every night. Marcos was TIRELESS in his attention to us , and it was very appreciated. During our stay he helped us arrange transportation for our guests and ourselves, and the tips he gave us about the city and the restaurants near and far were perfect. If we come to Naples again we will make sure that we can stay at this apartment before schedule our trip.

Thank you Rosa and Luca for a lovely stay and having all the basics the kitchen upon our arrival. It was so nice to not have to rush out late at night to buy milk, coffee and such for breakfast on our first night. The house was so clean and Luca was very helpful with good communication. He even helped us book an early morning taxi. The view is just as they show it in the pictures- beautiful.

Rosa nous a très bien accueillie avec quelques fruits et parle un peu français. Sa fille nous a gentiment conseillée avec son téléphone pour les plages, les restaurants... La maison de Rosa est très bien si vous voulez vous reposer et visiter Naples, Pompéi et le Vésuve... La vue magnifique de Naples sur la terrasse est identique à la photo...Merci à toutes les deux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples à la Casa Rosa. L'accueil que nous a réservé Marco était parfait avec de nombreuses indications sur les sites à visiter et les bonnes adresses pour manger. La maison est très bien équipée, une vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse verdoyante, la climatisation dans les chambres est très agréable. La rue est privée et il y a un espace dédié pour garer la voiture, donc tout est sécurisé. À pied, il est possible de rejoindre le métro après environ 15 minutes de marche (en descente) ; ensuite vous êtes dans le centre en une station. Il y a aussi deux arrêts de bus à proximité de la maison. Un petit supermarché est accessible dans une rue proche. Situation idéale pour visiter le centre de Naples et les environs, Pompéi, le Vésuve, les îles (Ischia et Procida). La maison est paisible ! seul petit bémol, les voisins (et leur chien) un peu bruyants le soir, mais cela n'a en rien altéré notre séjour. Très bon souvenir. Location à recommander sans réserve.

Excellent property, in a very good part of the Vomero. Longish walk to the funicular or station for the Metro but there is a bus stop at the end of the road. The owner Rosa is great, her daughter Frederica speaks good English her grandson Marco speaks very good English so for a UK visitor the Villa is ideal. Furnished in a typically Neapolitan manner everything is provided. Quite literally the only thing anyone needs to buy is food. If you’re driving their is an excellent covered parking space next to the property which easily accomodates the largest cars.

Bonjour Appartement avec un petit jardin avec une jolie vue sur la baie de Naples. Il est très bien situé dans une impasse, à flanc de Coline, donc sans circulation. De plus, il y a une place réservée pour une voiture. Le seul inconvénient c’est que nous entendions le voisin du dessus.

We loved staying at this casa! Very nicely appointed house with views from the patio to the Mediterranean and Mt. Vesuvius! They were nice enough to drive us to the grocery store since we didn't rent a car. There are restaurants that are a little bit of a walk from the house. It was very nice and very relaxing staying here - we hope to return!

la casa è in un ottima posizione e si aveva una bella vista sul golfo di napoli. la casa è funziona, è ottima per 4/5 persone per 6 è un po stretta. i bagni sono un po antiquati e i condizionatori emanano un cattivo odore ma nel contesto abbiamo vissuto una bella settimana a napoli per quel prezzo saluti

This is a really wonderful place to stay in Naples. Located in the slopes of Vomero you have a fantastic view and a quiet place for resting in the evening on the terrace. (The public bus service is not very reliable. But it is always easy to find a taxi and the ride to or from Piazza Amedeo is not expensive. From there you can go everywhere by Metro. Because of that the public transport situation is no reason to hesitate staying here.) The appartment itself has everything you need and is lovely furnished. You feel yourself like at home. Federica and her son Luca were most helpful hosts during our stay. Because of our late arrival at the airport we were met by them and taken to the appartment. During our stay they time by time asked us if everything is ok. Thank you so much Luca and Federica. We really enjoyed staying here and surely will stay here again when coming again to Naples. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place.

Accueil sympathique, grande terrasse ombragée avec vue sur le golfe de Naples, place de parking et calme en plein Naples. Idéal pour 4 personnes.

Location qui correspond en tous points à la description. La terrasse est très agréable le matin, la vue sur la baie de Naples est superbe. L'accueil de Rosa et de Federica, sa fille, est vraiment très sympathique. Federica a même pris le temps de nous faire une visite en voiture de tout le quartier pour nous indiquer les meilleurs commerces! Le fait d'avoir une place pour garer sa voiture en toute sécurité est un plus indéniable quand on découvre le problème de stationnement dans la ville. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

si trova in un condominio privato , con sorveglianza h24, la casa è su due piani , ha due camere da letto (una di passaggio senza porta), due bagni (uno senza doccia e bidet) cucina , salotto e un terrazzo pieno di piante rigogliose, posto auto privato, con wifi. la casa è confortevole , pulita ed attrezzata fin nei minimi dettagli, le camere godono di una bella vista sul golfo,. siamo stati accolti dal nipote della proprietaria con un bel vassoio di sfogliatelle. per soggiornare in questa struttura è assolutamente necessaria l'automobile.

location très calme dans une impasse sécurisée par un agent de sécurité le soir avec vue sur la baie de Naples. la location est conforme aux photos. le patio est fort agréable ombragée parfait pour la farniente. la propriétaire est charmante ainsi que sa fille qui a été très serviable. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire (avec des pâtisseries !). Location conforme au descriptif, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Naples. Parking et localisation pratique pour visiter Pompéi, le Vésuve et la baie. Rien ne manque dans le logement, on y trouve même des brochures des différents sites. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Maison très agréable dans un quartier calme, idéal pour visiter Naples et les alentours tout en se sentant dans une ambiance reposante. La maison est exceptionnellement bien équipée, les propriétaires sont très accueillants, gentils et toujours à notre disposition. Nous avons passé deux semaines extraordinaires ! A recommander absolument !

Tout était parfait : l'appartement en duplex extrêmement bien équipé (vaisselle, linge de maison, machine à laver, Wifi etc), la terrasse ombragée avec la vue sur la baie, la place de parking... L'appartement est situé sur la colline du Vomero, un quartier un peu chic et au calme. Sans voiture, c'est sans doute un peu plus compliqué car le bus qui passe devant la résidence est peu fréquent et les autres stations sont un peu éloignées. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Bref, une excellente adresse pour profiter des charmes de Naples !

la casa gode di una vista magnifica sul golfo di Napoli. La casa e' grande, molto pulita e accogliente noi eravamo in cinque di cui tre bambini. È fornita di ogni necessità per cucinare e per passare al meglio il soggiorno. Gode di parcheggio privato ed è all'interno di un gruppo di case con sorveglianza notturna. Subito fuori c'è la fermata dell autobus che porta fino alla stazione della metropolitana o della funicolare. La signora Rosa e' stata gentilissima e disponibile . Walter e Luisa
