Bis auf die Lage des Appartements nämlich genau am Treppenaufgang und das der Balkon von den anderen Seiten ebenfalls einsichtig ist, war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit

I really enjoyed my stay at Molo's apartment in Loutro. The location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. The bedroom was comfortable and offered a lovely view, which added to the overall experience. It’s definitely a great hotel for anyone looking to stay in Loutro.

I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable and, unfortunately, the staff couldn't provide any alternatives when I requested a change. Additionally, there was no cleaning room service available, so we had to take care of cleaning the room and making the beds ourselves. I also asked them to change the towels, but they didn't because they said the towels were clean. These were minor inconveniences but worth noting for future guests.

We loved the view and the big balcony. Our unit was spacious and cool. Very conveniently positioned in the middle of the bay, very close to water. Staff were friendly and, in general, helpful.

There are lots of steps up to the apartments which may be a problem for some. We had help getting our heavy bags up, but not down as we checked out. There were no sink plugs in either the bathroom or kitchen but we were lent a plastic bucket to do some washing in. Kitchen equipment minimal and no sharp knives, but this was a very minor fault

We loved our stay at Molos. Such a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of the bay in Loutro. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. We loved our balcony and view! Would highly recommend! Important to note that Loutro is only accessible by boat, we didn't realize this until the day of our arrival... oops! Very quick ferry from Sfakia though.

Wasn't a problem for us but be aware that there are quite a few steps to get to the hotel

The property was nicely renovated. Everything was clean and modern. It was the nicest property to choose from in Loutro.

The walls are very thin and our bed was up against a wall that had the neighbors tv hanging on from the other side. They turned the tv on at 10:30pm and had the volume up past midnight. Also, the front door has a translucent glass window on it without any shudders or curtains able to cover it. The outdoor hallway had a bright light outside which lit up our entire room at night through the glass on the door. There was no way to cover it and make our room dark. Both the brightly lit room at night and the noise through the walls made it so we didn't get much sleep. Our stay was unpleasant due to these issues. If these two things could be fixed, I'd give this hotel a 5 star review.
