The property manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He was here when we arrived and made us feel comfortable by showing us how to use everything in the apartment. His welcome was especially nice since we’ve usually spent the first day in our destination figuring out where and how everything works. He also marked up a map for us so we’d know where to go from the apartment. The place is extremely well designed and cared for ands every single item is tasteful. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. This is our favorite out of the three very nice places we stayed in Europe!

Great appartement, very clean, well localised

We went to Prague as a family of six (four teens) and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a great, central location in the city's beautiful New Town, only a few minutes on foot from Wenceslas Square, 20 minutes from the train station, 10-15 minutes from the Old Town. The apartment is clean, spacious and full of light, it's furnished and decorated nicely and has everything you need. We felt like visiting friends because the place had a personal touch to it.We were perfectly happy and would come again. Recommendation!

It was a wonderful place for our family to get together and enjoy Christmas time in Prague. Close to restaurants and sights and the metro.

Location was very nice. Close to grocery stores, transportation and dining. We walked most of the time with many sites very close. Owner was to provide transportation from train station. Last minute message indicated his taxi was broken. We were on our own. He failed to answer the phone when I called the number provided. He did have someone waiting to give us entry into the apartment. Apartment could have been cleaner. The owner was to provide transportation to the airport but did not communicate in a timely manner on this and we had to once again make our own arrangements. He did come through 2 hrs before check out with a minibus but who waits until 2 hrs before leaving for the airport to find transportation. His guy also only to cash. We both got frustrated with each other and he told me it was not his problem! It would have been better for him to offer no transportation.

As a family of 5, we had a wonderful time at the apartment. The place is very comfortable, very well equipped and quiet. It's very close to the old city and still very convenient to access. Also, it's possible to find much better places to eat than in the touristic area, in fact the restaurant across is of great value. We would definitely come back here for our next visit to Prague and we highly recommend it.

Very clean and trouble-free communication with the owner. Nevertheless, some objects have to be repaired: The slatted frame of two bed upstairs and the extractor hood in the kitchen. Overall a good price-performance ratio.

Communication with owner very good. When we had issues with a cancelled flight & therefore arriving after midnight, he was able to assist in getting us from the airport & to hand over the keys. The property was well maintained & ideally located for central Prague. Nearest tram stop was a 7 minute walk away & nearest subway slightly further. To be honest though you are certainly better off walking as much as possible, at least for the first day or 2, to give you a chance of seeing as much of the city as possible. Would highly recommend both the apartment & the city.

We stayed for 4 nights at this lovely and cosy apartment. We were 4 adults and there was much space and comfy beds for everyone. Mr Gentile was very helpful, he arranged us lifts from/to airport and groceries ready for us at the apartment. The location was superb, almost everything was within walking distance. We would have liked to stay longer and most likely will come back next Year!

Everything was super easy and the apartment was lovely and very well situated. It’s a five min walk to the tram and only about a 15 min walk from Old Town. The apartment itself was very roomy and comfortable and work out great for four adults and two teenagers.

La location est idéalement bien située pour découvrir Pragues. Correspond bien à la description. Res calme. Bons échanges avec Giuseppe pour la récupération des clefs et notre transfert. Je recommande V.V.

Had a problem with an AirBnB property and Giuseppe Gentile was able to assist with this property on short notice! Great place, roomy, has a lift, plenty of beds, all comfortable, and spotless. When in Prague, stay here!

The apartment is in a convenient location to the metro & tram stops. Many great restaurants & shopping nearby. Only issue was the person who checked us in does not speak English. I don’t think this is a common issue.

Had a lovely stay here. Rooms were clean and well equipped with fans for the heat. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and again was spotless. Great for getting to New areas and only 15 min walk from the old town. Thanks 😁 I need to learn Czech to talk to the owner's mum!

La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima. Si trova 5 minuti a piedi da piazza San Venceslao e a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata dell’autobus e della metropolitana. Volendo ci si può muovere a piedi per tutto il centro storico. Appartamento bello e spazioso ma un po’ trascurato nell’arredamento e con un livello di pulizia migliorabile.

Lovely apartment, well located, good size rooms.

Property was well located and living space comfortable for a family of 7 - beds, family space, all fine. The dishwasher didn't work, and concierge was contacted but there was no response so we did without. Drains were slow, hallway quite uninviting and dark. Clothes washer was great but it took a bit of hunting to find the clothesline to dry the clothes. There is a lift but also several stairs which are unavoidable, so if there is someone with physical issues they should know this.
