Location is always great. The property has really improved as compared to my last visit which was below par. This time around the services were great and the friendliness of the staff is much appreciated. They really were attetntive to all my requests and queries. Thanks a lot.

The cleanliness of the Toilet Commode was not upto the mark and mosquitoes were the bad part. although the repellent lotion was duly provided on demand

Comfort level

The management didn’t have provided the room even confirmed booking was received through Booking .com ,They have said we don’t have vacant room at moment and we may give you a room very far another bad hotel ,This type of hotel must be remove from Booking .com which are reflected Bas image & loosing the trust of people from world know application booking .com .

No cooperation

Teapart was dirty. Salt and pepper containers were very substandard and dirty and the quantity of spices were too small to be enough for one breakfast.

There was no hot water even though the staff was insisting that there was. Water taps are lose in the base and hard to open.

Their meal rates were high, even a water bottel was at double price The staff shutoff the main breaker everytime the guest leaves the room which set the refrigerator to off and the stored food of my baby in the fridge got wasted They didn't provided breakfast for the reason that they have upgraded my room from executive to delux

The room was pretty good and big. Quite value for money The location was great The environment was quite and suitable for families I will prefer it again
