Fantastic location and everything we needed for our stay in Edinburgh.

great location, great heating in apartment

poor quality pillows ,uncomfortable lounges , shower wouldn’t turn off and the water was slow to escape in bath so you ended up standing in a bath of water when showering!

Great location. So many options on your doorstep. 2 good sized bedrooms. Adequately equipped kitchen. Good sized lounge

The bathroom could do with a good update. Grouting is dark, shower glass seal very marked. Not the easiest to use. Let’s the flat down as everything else is 5 star

Excellent location, easy to get to, great for local places to eat/drink/shop, plus not too far into city by bus and even a good walk. The system for the keys was great. The apartment was great, really lovely stay.

Tiny, tiny things as feedback: the shower was difficult to use (its faulty and needs replacing) and needed more toilet paper but we bought some. There were no instructions for the bins on leaving and the bin on the street was a nightmare to use.

loved the location, Edinburgh is a great city to walk about and this flat puts you in the middle of it all very spacious accoms, great kitchen set up comfy beds.... & a bath....love a bath when on vacation

Location is very good, as long as you don’t mind traffic noise. The flat is well decorated and comfortable. It is spacious, apart from the galley kitchenette.

We had to ask for and go to the office to collect a necessary spare set of door keys. There were not enough mugs, plates or bowls (a real nuisance if there had been four of us) and several were chipped. There were a few utensils missing, eg a grid for the oven baking tray, egg cups. There was an inadequate supply of toilet paper. It didn’t feel like a “luxury” flat.

The hot water system was temperamental

This is a delightful, spacious appartment, very well decorated and maintained. It is well located in the heart of Stockbridge, has all the facilities you need, e.g. wifi, tv, separate and good sized kitchen and good sized bathroom too. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. As the weather during our stay was grey and wet, we made good use of the flat and enjoyed it.

We drove to Edinburgh with our car, but there is nowhere to park immediately near the flat, and that was a bit of a problem loading and off-loading our cases etc. (Especially as there are currently roadworks outside with only 1 lane of traffic, so not possible to stop the car to offload. On-road parking in the area is expensive and hard to find. The kitchen could do with at least one more drying up cloth, and also oven gloves. Cooker hood was not working, but it was not a big issue as we were able to open the window.
