Excellent, clean and spacious . The amenities were ie. Pool, appliances, bedroom were very accommodating. With a few minor distributors ie microwave, loose handle, the entire retreat was splendid.

Clean and comfortable house in a convenient location. Icemaker didn’t work, so you will need to bring your own ice. Be prepared to provide private information directly to a secondary management company (even though already provided through VRBO) or they will not give you the access codes.

The pool was a major plus for the kids! The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and had a table large enough for all of us to eat together. The only downside was that the lighting was very bright and with the glass panels in the doors, the adults had to sit in the dark after the kids went to sleep.

Truck drivers here for Beyonce! We needed to get out of the trucks for a bit. This place is PERFECT! VERY CLEAN! the coffee maker stopped working and they brought a new one the same day. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I were in town for a funeral and stayed at this property for five days. This house needs a lot of improvements. When we arrived check in was great and the house was clean. We tried to watch the TV in the main area, and we could not get it to work/connect to the internet. I spoke with someone, and he said he would come over the next morning to fix it and he gave us a timeline, so we stayed and waited. No one showed up. The washing machine/dryer was broken, falling apart, and being held together with duct tape. I was also told someone would be over to look at it and no one showed up. The temperature on the shower faucets is reversed; hot is cold and cold is hot. I own a plumbing company, and this is a five-minute fix-service call to correct this issue. This should have been corrected from a business owner standpoint. It is an inconvenience from a renter standpoint. Also, the toilet in main bedroom at times wouldn’t stop running and, in the kitchen, not all the burners on the stove were working. Lastly if you want to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas the mosquitos are a HUGE problem. I would suggest management invest in mosquito/bug treatment of the backyard because it was a huge problem. I returned home with literally 52 mosquito/bug bites. Along with mosquito treatment for the yard some sort or mosquito repellent or citronella candles should have been provided for guests since it is such a noticeable problem. We invested roughly $100 on sprays, candles and torches. Looking back at some reviews I noticed some of these problems have existed for a while. It is time to act on feedback you are receiving. On a positive note, the location was great.

Can’t recommend this place enough, the hosts were amazing and responsive. Their home was beautiful and clean, great layout for hosting my whole family. Our next family vacation to florida we’ll definitely be looking to book this place again. Thank You!!

Location is great. Coffee, groceries, food, freeways are just minutes away. The Beach is about 8 or so mins away. Located on a quiet residential street that felt pretty safe to us. The house overall was very clean and tidy. There are some little details that need some attention but that could be just me. Sheets and towels were all clean and relatively new looking. Starter TP, paper towels and trash bags were provided. You will need to get your own condiments, spices or whatever you may need but this is normal. The house had lots of amenities that were acceptable although it could use a new coffee maker. Plates, silverware and utensils were all good. We did a little lite cooking and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable also as adults it was nice to have the king-sized beds. The lay out of the house is good and has lots of room to spread out. We only had 4 adults but this would be perfect for many more. Backyard was clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool was warm but a little dirty due to trees (we fished out some leaves) buy can't really help that. Management was quick to reply to us and a biggie was they let us check in early which was REALLY appreciated. As a residential rental, this is not a big party house but for adults and families that want an overall clean, safe, convenient house this is a good pick. We travel a lot every year and use VRBO to find accommodations and would stay here again (and probably will).

We had some issues with the internet and pool cleanliness upon arrival but the management did all they could to correct issues in a timely manner. We appreciated it. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Please note, there are no condiments like salt/sugar/oil in the kitchen and pots and pans are in a poor shape. There is a washing machine and dryer at the property. However, it took us 5 cycles to dry 5 towels in a dryer. There is some kind issue with it. The management was very nice to bring us extra towels and extra dishwashing pods since we ran out it quickly. House needs some tlc but the management is excellent!

We stayed at the house during spring break. Location is OK, not the greatest neighborhood but we had no issues at all. Very close to the stores. Our group was 4 adults and 5 kids, it was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful outdoor space and very nice size pool, kids loved it! Living room TV had some problems with WIFI, we called the office and they send someone right away, unfortunately guy couldn't fix it. Stove was burned inside probably from previous tenants and was never cleaned. The property management was very helpful in allowing us to to check in 2 hours earlier. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!!!!

Overall nice experience with the house… very spacious for the group of 10 we had… quiet community. One thing tho if you’re sitting outside poolside be prepared to be eaten by mosquitoes or whatever it was. Appliances need to be updated but overall the house was great. Very responsive team.. will book again if needed

The house was as described. The POOL and KITCHEN was amazing. We LOVED our stay!!!! The mattresses were so soft, sheets were cleaned, bathrooms were clean. Only thing i didn’t like was the living room furniture definitely needs some upgrading or cleaning also the walls need painting. OVERALL I enjoyed my stay & will stay again 💜

Once again we were pleased with our Valgal vaca rental. Hollywood beach is our family's sentimental favorite. The house was clean and exactly as described in the ad. The pool was the favorite feature for the kids and adults. We utilized the grill for hamburger/hotdog night. Overall the stay was a big success and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was pretty and the neighborhood was nice and calm. Unfortunately, the house was not clean and the furniture should be replaced since it looked old, had stains(the couch looked the worst), or did not work greatly. The washer and drier did not work. It took a great amount of time for the clothes to dry. Additionally, the management team could be a lot friendlier. The person we talked with through VRBO was friendly before we checked in, but when we let her know about problems in the house she was uninterested and her attitude changed towards us. Some of the people in the house heard screams inside one of the bathrooms throughout the stay which we realized was paranormal activity since it wasn't the neighbors or anyone in the house. ok The house just really needs to be maintained at a much greater level.

Location was great property itself was great. Items in the house need some updates and fixes to be a five. Hopefully for the next group our suggestions and items we listed were fixed.

My family and I stayed in this property for 1 week. The 2nd day we woke up with bites all over our legs and arms we were concerned it was bed bugs and rushed to the doctor to confirmed they were bug bites, sand fleas. We had a horrible reaction to it and later found out it’s been an issue in this property in the past. When I reached out to the property managers they were really rude, were brushing me off and when I sent them the pictures they said it was mosquito bites although we had to seek medical attention and were advised By the doctor that they are bug bites. The floors are super slippery 2 people fell and were badly hurt, and when we were leaving the cleaning crew came in with all linen and towels to switch out except for pillow covers and bed spread for all the rooms, I called them to complain about that as I wanted to make sure they were going to bring clean ones to switch out for the next group that was going to be staying there and was advised I didn’t have to worry about that! Huge concern especially with Covid. The property is being rented back to back and not being sanitized properly, they are not leaving the property vacant for at least 24-48 per Covid regulations. The morning we got there the previous renters had just left at 7am, and I started getting emails from the property managers asking what time we were checking out even tho check out time was at 11 because they had another party coming in. This property is definitely not worth all the bs you’ll have to deal with. I’m back home and still can’t sleep well due to the bites. I was prescribed a steroid treatment as well as a prescription strength Hydrocortisone cream. I have pictures of our bites and a video I took of the linens and towel bags, proof that they didn’t bring pillow covers or bed spreads. They are all about the money and no good service! They are quick to take your money and quick to brush you off and ignore you when there’s an issue! I tried to upload the pictures but was not able to. If you are interested in the pictures please feel free to reach out. Hope no one else has to go through all the bs we had to go through with this Property. Stayed at this house first week of March. Layout of house was very nice. Plenty of room for 4-5 couples. Loved pool area. The only things we thought the house needed was maybe a few more kitchen items like mixing bowls and also pool furniture needs some upgrading. Legs are rusting out. Would definitely stay there again. Nice area and short drive to beach and all stores. Overall great place!!

The property was perfect for my bachelor party, we had a group of 8 guys and loved being able to utilize the pool, having plenty of space for all of us, and being a short ride away from Fort Lauderdale. The property management was very helpful in allowing us to drop bags at their office since we arrived prior to check in. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Hollywood area!

We drove down from Colorado with our family and my husband sister family from New Jersey to meet up with our Florida family. We have not seen each other for a year and the crazy year we had this gathering was a must. We arrived a bit early the management company made it easy to get the home a bit earlier than 4pm which it was such a blessing since we were on the road for so many hours. The house layout was great to accommodate all of us. The heated pool was amazing the kids loved it! We recommend this property!
