The view!

Cleanliness, no salt in shakers, windows not locking, very loud at night, lock mechanism damaged, also light on decking not working, for that price not worth it. The whole place could be wonderful but is a bit tired, needs some spruce up!

Great communication. Easy access. Fabulous location. Beautiful beach.

Single beds not very comfortable. Flax too high for view when sitting on deck chairs on deck.

No dishwasher or drier for the price, downstairs bathroom very pokey

The location was outstanding, right on the beach, good for swimming and surfing. Close to shops and cafes.

It was tired and cluttered and had only been superficially cleaned. Downstairs bathroom was totally inadequate for 4 adults, shower door didn’t fit so room required mopping after shower was used. All crockery and cutlery had to be washed before use.

What a spot. Excellent location lovely place to stay. Nice and clean, picturesque view. Would definitely stay again!!

very dusty, spiders and cobwebs everywhere. dishes not clean had to wash everything before use, no dishwasher. cupboard handle missing. door handle missing, bottom shower leaking due to door not fully closing, also had a mouldy smell. place needs attention

Amazing views.

Hard to know where to start. Bathroom downstairs....Toilet seat is so worn and stained you won’t want to use it....drain in shower filthy. Bedroom....dead insects behind curtains. Wardrobe full of old bedding and personal junk in fact the whole house has personal papers and correspondence in the drawers. Needs a good clear out of rubbish and junk. Kitchen...Dirty oven, oven knobs had food stuck on them,oven mitt is filthy, top drawer front falls off,dirty plates in the pantry as there is No dishwasher. Washing machine had black gunk I scrubbed out in the dispenser so I could use it. Upstairs bedroom...Pillows are stained,drawer handles falling off...needs a knob on folding door so people don’t get stuck in bathroom. Lounge.....Worst of all...trust me. The lounge suite is filthy as with stains and hair balls and take a look between the cushions yuk so glad I took photos as words don’t tell it like it is. The bed sheets were clean though I doubt the duvet cover was....didn’t look it anyway. How this is called Luxury is beyond belief....Dirty and full of junk....Owner needs to clean out the rubbish and get some new cleaners. So glad we didn’t invite friends or family and that I took photos...sadly can only post 4. In dire need of TLC
