There was no safety barrier on the fireplace. My kids got burn. Despite Fireplace cold was getting in from windows. 1st day hot water was available and 2nd and 3rd day there was no hot water. The beds is worse then the bed that is chucked on road side for collection. Toilets have signe for no poo.total wasted my childrens holiday..

House was perfect size for 12 of us, heaps of bathrooms & toilets too. Big kitchen with all we needed for cooking & feeding everyone. Great location, easy access to all Taupo’s amenities. Log fire was a winner each night. Host was easy to deal with . A+++

This property was absolutely wonderful and catered for our needs of our large group. Spacious. Multiple bathrooms. Stunning views. Exceptionally clean. Excellent communication with owner. Plenty of parking. Our group would thoroughly recommend this place to others. You will not be disappointed.

There was plenty of space for our extended family of 16 with the 5 bathrooms being a bonus. No queues! The children enjoyed the expansive indoor and outdoor space - space for active play, board games and for those who wanted time out alone. Not flash but comfortable. One of the best houses we have found for our annual “big family holiday “

The property was clean. Plenty of kitchen crockery, cooking pots and dishes. Views are exactly as the description and we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the lovely reflections in the lake.

Great place for our group of golfers. Good number of bathrooms.
All we needed extra was more light in the lounge (some bulbs need replacing) and salt in the pantry.
Otherwise, everything was great. Absolutely loved having the fire which warmed up the house so well.
This is our second time staying here and we will definitely do it again.

This property was absolutely ideal for a large group including adults and secondary school students. Lots of bedrooms to make sleeping plans easy. Excellent number of bathrooms! Nobody had to que.

Overall the house was adequate, not flash but good shower, hot water, warm log fire, very tired and a few plugs didnt work but overall more than adequate for our needs as there were lots of spaces and two tables, one we could work from for meeting and other to eat at.
