Great views and handy parking spot in the building

peter was great! awesome location. loved that they had a toaster oven, since I dont prefer to use the microwave.

There was no breakfast, the location was not too far from places where you could get food. The main problem was a substantial leak through a wall with rain water entering. We had to mop up but after heavy rain that became impossible. Being 85 & 74 we were at risk of slipping with that much water around the bed eventually.

We had nobody other than a security guard in a van helping us to get in as we didn't have the internet as we had arrived by ship from Bermuda. Also only after a kind man from the building helped us, could we get connected, via messaging & phone, with the host. We never saw him. The building is seriously run down.

The location is in a safe gated community.

The only problem my friend and I had when we got to the property was to open main entrance door. The door opens electronically and we couldn’t see the green light where we could place the electric key. I had to get really close to the door to see the blinking green light. Maybe it was because of the bright daylight. I could sense the frustration of Peter, when I called him more than once to ask for directions. Otherwise everything was fine.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem guten Wohnbezirk nahe dem Meer. Durch den Balkon im 8. Stock hat man einen schönen Blick auf San Juan und einen seitlichen Meerblick. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine leistungskräftige Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind m Dachgeschoss, Ein Flachbild TV, Sitzbank, Esstisch und genügend Stauraum für Kleidung ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, aber schon in die Jahre gekommen und manches ist renovierungsbedürftig. Peter, der Eigentümer kündigte an, dass die Wohnung demnächst neu bemalt wird. Er war sehr hilfreich und hat auf eine Reklamation innerhalb wenigen Stunden eine Lösung organisiert, Internet funktioniert bestens. Ein Parkplatz ist im Hof verfügbar.

Der Vormieter scheint das Geschirr, die Gläser und das Besteck schlecht behandelt zu haben. Alles war kaputt bzw., unhygienisch. Peter hat auf unsere Verständigung nach wenigen Stunden komplett neue Sachen gekauft und gebracht! Esstisch und Sesseln sollte erneuert werden. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon ist schwer handhabbar, wackelt im Wind und lässt sich nicht versperren. Es ist allerdings unwahrscheinlich, dass jemand dort einsteigen könnte. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.
