Really enjoyed this beautiful property. Infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for every cooking occasion. I highly recommend having chef Roger prepare a meal or two for your group. His creativity and passion put forth provided our group with an incredible dining experience. We will be back!

Beautiful property, I will duplicate this build on our land in Utah. National Park near Quepos was Awesome, and the Nauyaca Waterfalls nearby was Outstanding. Do not visit the Animal Reserve nearby. The Cook and wife Wendy Awesome and Outstanding. Great People. Also great people in the Neighbor hood stores and restaurants.

We had an extended family from 9 mo. to 70 and this property was great for everyone. Lots of comfortable room (most en suite), great view, wonderful swimming pool that worked great for everyone. We also hired Rosbin and Wendy to do our meals. Not only did that allow us to totally relax, but the food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Nearby beach was great and fun to visit nearby nature reserve and Dominical, which has a fun brewpub with decent beer. All around a vacation we will treasure!

This property is amazing! Location, amenities, views galore! We found the property to be even more amazing in person, if that is possible. The house was clean, AC worked great, which we were thankful for as it was pretty hot and humid for our stay. We had zero issues with anything in the house and Ashley called in to check on us to make sure we had what we needed. We loved seeing the iguanas perched in the tree by the pool and even got to see the Jesus Christ lizards walking on the water of the pool! Bird watching from the property was fun. We brought binoculars to view everything closer. Many people have recommended packing light but I definitely over packed. Dominical is very casual and laid back. I mostly lived in bathing suits and some light summer dresses in the evenings.
Ashley, the property host, was beyond amazing to work with. Her communication from the beginning was impressive. She would respond to my messages within minutes! She was extremely helpful in attending to our many questions and assisted with booking our car rentals to be delivered to the house for us, arranged a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off to and from the airport, arranged private chef for 2 days and the husband and wife chef team - Rosbyn and Wendy for the rest of our stay. Both were equally amazing. The food was excellent and they felt like part of the family. They were very helpful in accomodatingfor gluten allergy for our 1 guest. Just book now! We plan to return ASAP!

Our group of 10 stayed for a week in this beautiful villa. We have stayed in the Dominical area 5 times, and this is by far the best house we have rented. Cold beer, fresh fruit, and a bag of coffee greeted us when we arrived - everything to get us started! There were fresh tropical flowers on the tables all week. The pool was AMAZING, far larger than others we have seen at other houses in the area. Views from the house are second to none. The host was immediately responsive and receptive to every request, including providing a few extra beach chairs (their personal set) and even gave us a large bag of ice for the freezer when the ice machine wasn't keeping up with our tropical drink habit. No complaints. Would give 6 stars if I could.

The property is spectacular in every way. It is first class jungle living. The host Angela Foster provided such a sense of safety and security. She lives close by and the groundskeeper and housing services live a shout away. The community of people watched over us but always providing privacy. The property is maintained extremely well. When you leave you feel like the host and all the individuals she has curated for services are like family.

This was quite possibly the nicest home we have rented for a vacation. Everything was as described in the property description. The views were amazing. The rooms were comfortable and the open air Design of the main floor was awesome.
Ashley was an amazing host and was always there when needed to give us whatever advice we needed regarding the area.
I would highly recommend booking the Chef for the week. Rosbin and his wife Wendy were absolutely amazing. The food was fantastic and they became a part of our family for the vacation.

Wow! What an amazing property in a Costa Rican Paradise. Views and sunsets we couldn’t believe. Toucans flying overhead, a pod of whales passing by, the perfect combo of nature and luxury! This home is beautiful! Both inside and outside spaces are well designed for staying and enjoying the amazing scenery and outdoor amenities but you are only a few minutes from restaurants and thrilling excursions! This property is over and above what is described. Check in and check out so easy. Our family had their own bedroom suite and the beds and actually all the furniture is very comfortable including the outdoor furniture. The only thing that I could even find fault of was how warm it was it was in the late afternoons and evenings in the living room and kitchen areas but other than that this property is perfect. Costa Rica was awesome and our vacation was amazing. I would book this property again and again.

As both celebrated our 70th birthdays this year, we decided to invite our son and two daughters and their respective partners to join us in Costa Rica. After one week touring, we required for our second week a location on the coast from which to explore further. Dominical seemed ideal and so we found this wonderful property, which met our expectations in all aspects.

Don’t hesitate on this gorgeous villa!! 5+ stars all the way. We were a family group of 11 aged from 8-63. Everyone had their space and not one of us felt crowded. Spaces to enjoy coffee, read a book, watch the sunset, eat dinner at the massive table. We all gasped when we entered and saw how the pool and outside areas felt as though they were part of the house. Cool architecture and lots of eclectic reading material. Views of the ocean are breathtaking. Bird watchers heaven as you are so high up. As I said….don’t hesitate on this one.

This home was everything we hoped for when planning out vacation and going in September during the rainy season was actually a great time to do it! Ashley could not have been any better as a host, she was in constant contact with us, starting well before we even left for our trip. The house itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Also, big shout out to Ashley's staff who take such great care of the place and were so friendly. The house was wonderfully located and easily accessible. The in-home chef options are incredible. We booked one dinner each with both the Private Chef and chef Rosbin, both were equally as amazing and they handled dinner for 8 with ease. The full day, offshore fishing trip with Topnotch fishing charters was such a great time! The boat was beautiful and the crew were so much fun (check out our photos on their Facebook page to see our catch!!!) Lastly, the massage therapists with Body Revitalization Institute were spectacular. We spent an entire rainy day at the house relaxing and being pampered by their staff, all of which had amazing knowledge and skill. We can't say enough great things about this place and everyone we met, we will definitely be going back.

We had an amazing time in Domincal thanks to the property manager and her gorgeous home! This place is even better than the pictures. Its big, spacious, nice, well thought out, and perfect for our family. We had 11 people total and each family was able to have their own room with amazing views. We will recommend this house to anyone and everyone. Super impressed with the communication of the property manager as well. She really wants you to have a great time and lives close to the property so she can be there quickly. Loved this place!

The home was every bit as perfect as the pictures. We could not have asked for a more perfect location and home for our vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for a fantastic location to relax and entertain. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and a short walk to the beach.
My only minor suggestions would be to add a heater to the hot tub. Although it is fairly warm from the climate , it would be nice to have the ability to soak in 100+ degree water at night.

My family & my wife's cousin's family stayed at Sueno del Mar for 8 nights recently. Our group ranged in age from 3 year olds, teenagers, twenty somethings, & forty somethings & this property checked the box for all of us. The homeowner, Ashely, was very responsive before, during, & after the trip and made every effort to make sure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Alejandro met us for check in and check out & was available for any questions through out the trip. We hired a private chef for the first night (Ashley coordinated this for us) and they were fantastic, I highly recommend it. The main area of the house is well suited for large groups with lots of seating, a TV, board games, and a pool table. The pool area was awesome with incredible ocean views, we spent most of our time at the house outside in the pool. The rooms were very nicely furnished with killer views. The views from the 3rd floor bar area were awesome and there was even a gym up there. The location is great as it's close to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, and more. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic time! The house was everything it seemed to be online. The owner of the property was an angel to deal with. She answered my MANY questions quickly and with a great positive attitude. The in home personal chefs she set up for us were absolutely fantastic. They were a husband and wife team (Rosbin and Wendy). They were so sweet and a delight to have around. Plus the food they prepared for us was amazing. We had them all day one day and then back for two more mornings! They felt like family by the end of our trip. All 5 couples were wowed by this place! The open layout ensured we were together, but had lots of various seating/hang out options throughout the interior/exterior. Pool & deck area was like a resort - you’d never have to leave but if u did it is close to beaches, groceries, activities etc. Ashley was excellent when the P.M. This property is hands down the BEST vacation home we have stayed (and we have stayed at our fair share)!! The property alone is stunning and a 5 star experience! The views from every room in the home are spectacular and the sunsets each night were something we all looked forward to and would gather together to watch! We traveled as a group of 4 adults and 6 kids (age 9mo to 9yr) and the kiddos would stay in the pool all day/night!! The scarlet macaws were a treat to watch each afternoon as they flew by and perched on the tree by the pool. I cannot recommend this home enough and that is before discussing the wonderful homeowner and staff!! Ashley (the homeowner) made everything stress free by organizing all of our transportation needs and setting up excursions prior to our arrival, allowing us to relax and enjoy each day from arrival to departure! She also went out of her way to put up gates and have baby gear/supplies available as well as grocery shop for us prior to our arrival so we had everything we needed without having to bring a ton extra with us (as is typical when traveling with kids). She was also there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the property on arrival. Eden was always available to fix any issues promptly (not that this was needed much for this property) and also did a mid stay cleaning for us which was a wonderful surprise!! We hired a cook for our entire stay and cannot say enough positive things about Rosbin and Wendy. They would do our grocery shopping and prepare each meal (and even stagger when needed because of the group splitting up for excursions)! They would always have an option for the kids and serve us afternoon cocktails poolside (virgin for the kids)!! The dishes prepared were delicious and you cannot beat eating at this home with the views (and not having to fight children in a restaurant after a long day of exploring)! Not only that but Wendy would walk around the baby if he started to get fussy so we could enjoy our meal!! They truly became family by the end of the trip!! I could go on and on as every day of our stay was living a dream and let me just recommend one more thing… an in home massage (it will not disappoint)! Do yourself a favor and book this home if you are visiting Costa Rica… I promise you will not be disappointed!! Pura Vida

We had the pleasure of staying at this villa, as a family of 10 adults . First of all, Minor was so helpful in arranging details of our shuttle from airport to the villa and for our cars to be delivered to the villa and waiting for us on arrival. This was a good hint that all would be good on this holiday. Any questions or concerns were promptly attended to by minor or the caretaker,during the whole trip.
The villa was absolutely beautiful! well equipped kitchen , phenomenal pool and views, easy access to local towns and beach, comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms and showers . The spectacular sunsets were the high point of every evening!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Suenos. The property is beautiful and well laid out. There are many different areas from which to enjoy the view. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool during our stay. My husband called it, “the best pool I have ever swam in.”
Minor and the property owner were helpful and responsive to any concerns that occurred during our stay. We also booked a 1/2 day cruise on the Top Notch (owned by the property owner), which was beyond fantastic. We caught fish. We saw whales. We swam. It was great. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
We did book the private chef, Rosbin, for one dinner and one full day. He was phenomenal. I would highly recommend booking at least one meal with him. The food was delicious, and he made sure to make something special for my daughter. She loved him so much that she kept asking when he would be coming back to cook for us!
In any case, don’t hesitate to book this property. It was a wonderful experience.

This house could not have been more perfect for our group of 4 couples. Every room had it's own bathroom. Very private and quiet when you were in your own room.
The house itself is lovely and well taken care of. The pool and outdoor seating area was a favorite of our entire group. We spent from early morning to late evening enjoying all it had to offer. Every question about the house, surrounding area, and things to do were answered promptly by the owner, who lives on the same property. Mind you, I never look for perfection, it doesn't exist in a property that gets turned over as much as this one. although, this property is as close to a little paradise as I have ever found. Everyone in our group, who are all seasoned travelers, would come back to this same spot. We stayed here 8 nights, if it hadn't been rented on our check out day we would have asked to stay longer. 100% would return to this exact same spot!

Our stay at this property in Dominical was great. Check in process with Alejandro was quick and easy. Service offered by Rosbin and Wendy were excellent and of great value for our group of 6 adults and 8 children. This 5 bedroom property was beautiful and easily slept 10 people in bedrooms. Kids tolerated the Murphy bed, but no one tolerated the pull out couch so a couple children ended up sleeping with parents in beds.
Plenty of seating and lounging area in this house, particularly around the pool, which was great. Amazing views provided, especially at sunset.
Various beaches and attractions in the area were great and convenient, including waterfalls and the Whale Tail Beach.
Would definitely recommend this property for large groups.

This house is incredible! We had 3 generations together for a week, and it was perfect for everyone! Grandparents enjoyed sitting poolside with a book and coffee, and the 13-year-old loved jumping over the waterfall into the pool and spotting iguanas! Older teens enjoyed the pool table and workout room and large TV area. Everyone in between enjoyed the spacious pool, swim-up bar, nicely appointed bathrooms and bedrooms, and the incredible views! Even when raining, this place had plenty of space and plenty to do! Best of all was our chef duo of Rosbin and Wendi, who greeted us with fresh juices and incredible ceviche after a long flight and drive from San José. Not only did they intuitively figure out how to feed our multi-family crew, they served as cultural ambassadors, explaining foods, traditions and local places of interest. They truly made our experience magical. They helped us decide on a Thanksgiving menu and made two stunning whole fish (freshly caught snook) as our main entree. They made mashed potatoes and figured out how to attempt gravy as requested by my teen daughter! Truly, their hospitality and skill in the kitchen was a huge highlight for all three generations of our family! We would definitely rent this house again, and will recommend it to friends who are looking for a beautiful getaway in Dominical!

Absolutely great place to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. The house is very well appointed. We enjoyed the pool, the beaches, the views, and the sunsets. The somewhat secluded location was so peaceful, and yet still close enough to groceries, surfing, etc. Rooms were very comfortable and worked well for our family of 9 adults and 2 babies. Property managers were very responsive to any questions we had or things that needed a little fixing. The house overlooks a beach that is both beautiful and great for swimming. The long shallow entry was perfect for boogie boarding and playing in the waves. We also arranged to have Chef Rosbin and his wife Wendy cook for us for a few days. That was a real treat...delicious food, local flavors, and all we had to do was come to the table. The wives in the family really appreciated that. We also enjoyed a day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park, which was about an hour away. If anyone is going to the park, try to get Dagoberto as your guide. He made the visit such a pleasure. We will remember this vacation for a long, long time.

The moment we opened the front door and saw the view we were impressed. The home is absolutely beautiful and the ocean views are breathtaking. There were 5 of us and the home was plenty big. Spacious living areas throughout, 5 bedrooms with 4 1/2 bathrooms worked out great. The proximity of the home was close to everything. We loved all the excursions, but really enjoyed laying by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather and views. Thank you Minor, Alejandro and Eddie for all your amazing support on helping us with great restaurants, shopping, scheduling excursions and being there to give us directions when we were lost. You all are the best and we will definitely be back with our families.

The property was everything we hoped it would be! Minor helped by making our wishes for transportation - cars, airport transportation so easy. He also introduced us to Rosbin and Wendy - who were fabulous cooks who fed us every day and made two birthday parties magical! They became part of our family! The pool was great - the grandsons - were like fish! I highly recommend this wonderful spot!

Unbelievable Paradise
Listing is 100% accurate and I don’t think there is another place like it any where around the area. The breathtaking views, the house itself is amazing. We are already planning our next trip back to the same exact house. The property manager was prompt on any questions or assistance, even met us at 12:30 AM to show us in and walk the property. A resort house!
If you are looking for the most amazing place to stay near Dominical Beach, look no further. From the incredible property manager, Minor, to his concierge, Alejandro, and of course the magnificent house, it will for sure be your dream vacation. Minor was super helpful in getting us to the house, and was there upon arrival to show us all around. He even had refreshments there waiting! He answered questions super quickly before our stay and during. He set us up with Alejandro who helped book all of our excursions. Another top notch service!
The house was spectacular. There are views of the ocean below and all the greenery around from every room. The pool area was beautiful, and we enjoyed sitting under the covered area during the late afternoon rain showers. There are so many places to sit and relax. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything you would need should you want to cook. And if you don't want to cook, Minor will set you up with an incredible chef! There were so many personal touches throughout the house too. Our group truly felt like we were at a 5 star resort and were eager just to hang out at the house after our events of the day. One of our favorite spots was the "4th" floor that had a little gym and full large bar area with tons of seating. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The house can easily sleep 12, as there is even a Murphy bed! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures can possibly capture, so come and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Priceless Memories
The house was amazing better than the pictures. Minor was great very accommodating. The caretaker Eddin was so sweet helped with any questions we had.
I went to Costa Rica we were a party of 11 to celebrate my 50th birthday. We hired a chef Rosben and his lovely wife Wendy who were absolutely wonderful it was just nice to hang out at the house and not worry about breakfast, lunch or dinner. He made the best pina colada's for us and they helped decorate the house for my bday. They truly made it so special :) there's a little supermarket close by and the beach is a 9 min walk down from the house. We had such a great trip thank you PURA VIDA
