the cambodian staff

A great room, but unfortunately it’s not for the live and let live, there are lots of strict rules, & there placed everywhere in the hotel. it’s quite sad to see the hotel run by a French authoritarian . it really spoils the experience of the authentic Cambodia experience , as they are very relaxed people

Etablissement qui démarre pour les petits budgets, très bon rapport qualité prix. Ici vous côtoierez des locaux comme autres clients, surtout si c'est le wknd. Et c'est bien ce qu'on vient chercher quand on voyage. Bien placé juste à côté de la plage et de l'animation des quelques restaurants autour (Kep est un endroit très calme, donc quand je dis animation, ça reste tranquille), suffisamment près pour aller à la plage juste en maillot de bain et tongs, et suffisamment loin pour ne pas trop ramener de sable dans son lit. Boon vous donnera des conseils pour visiter la région, et Lili, la patronne française (pardon, naturalisée cambodgienne) vous servira un Pastis (pardon, un Ricard) a un prix défiant toute concurrence en Europe. Y a plus qu'à booker ;-)

Staff were friendly. Apart from the owner. Said hi to the owner and she blanked me andy wife and walked away. From talking with others, they have said the owner is very rude. Other than that it was good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty! Right across the road from the beach and a 15 min walk to the crab markets.

Food can be pricey

It was an amazing stay. Centrally located at Kep beach, with less then a minute walk. Staff of the hotel was absolutely incredible, and helpful. They let us leave the luggage for a few days and gave all the needed tips for traveling to Rabbit Island. And in the end, they asked a bus company to pick us up from the hotel, instead of the regular meeting place , that was 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and has all you need for the stay. Recommended!!!

Nothing. It was an excellent stay.

Owner is aggressive. I woke up covered in bedbug bites. Owner refused to refund or even change rooms. Window does not lock, valuables are not safe. Filthy bathroom. I'm pretty sure this review will lose you a lot more than the fifteen bucks you refused to refund. Smart.

Position in relation to the beach. They gave us fresh beach towels every day. The staff were pleasant.

We booked a basic room and really got basic. No hot water, no place to hang your clothes, we had to ask for toilet paper. We didn't expect Aircon, and didn t get it, but the fan did work well.

The price is good Is staff is wonderful
