We didn't stay at National Courthouse - we were moved to an apartment in Ballston and had to rent a car. Parking space assigned had a giant concrete pillar in the middle of it.

The booking agent was very nice, but we asked for our costs to be covered for renting a car as we were now 2 miles from our work and family we were in town to visit and couldn't walk. Booking has not responded.

Virginia towers was amazing!!! Close to the metro which was super important for us…… absolutely beautiful building….. nice gym….. relaxing areas….. pool table.. the welcome treats were a nice gesture……

White sheets are nice but if they are stained it kind of makes for a question of how clean….I work in an operating room where cleanliness is huge….. it was a small stain I let it go…. It was good to have a washer….. second….. all of us who stayed were family… my dad has his own room and my niece and I shared a the other room…. But her and I have totally different sleeping habits…. So one of us had to use the pull out….. the mattress was awful….. you could feel the springs….. maybe just a little better quality mattress would be an idea

Sofa in hall needs refurbishment. Bed Too soft for my liking but clean.

I liked the location. I also liked the room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom. Very spacious and worked very well for us. Very close to the Metro.

The wifi in the room often kept the tv from working. Missing many kitchen items that would have been helpful. Also, just one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels and no Kleenex for 8 nights wasn't good.

The place was very spacious, updated, and beautiful. Queen bed was comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches. Seemed to be everything you would need to make a meal. The convenience store in the building was a nice surprise. Proximity to restaurants and metro was good. Neighborhood felt very safe to walk around. Parking was tight in the garage, but very nice to have.

Staff wasn't accessible on the weekend except for emergency maintenance. We had a minor issue, but had to take care of it ourselves. When they were in the office, no one answered my calls, but they were responsive and nice via chat through the app. Strange that there wasn't a TV in the second bedroom. Third bedroom wasn't used, but seemed to get hot. Twin bed wasn't very comfortable.

The place was very nice and in a great location! Very close to the metro!

The apt was hot and we were not able to get it to cold. The tried changing the temperature on the nest but I never actually got cold so we finally opened up the windows at night.
