Such a fun house! From the gaming space, kids hangout area, well stocked kitchen and beautiful location. Your really couldn’t ask for much more. Plenty of space for a larger group. If you bring kids they will love playing hide and go seak here. The layout of the house is perfect. We would stay here again anytime.

We had a wonderful stay with our family while we were in Flagstaff for some Christmas events. The kids loved the game area and kid room. Also the layout of the house was really nice for our family. We would definitely stay there again.

You won’t be disappointed. Great location and house. We had a perfect vacation together- 8 adults and 4 elementary age children. The kids especially enjoyed the room where they could all play and sleep in the same room. The adults had lots of room to be comfortable watching football. We are happy we chose this house. Great communication with host also.

We were happy to find this VRBO property at the last minute when our Grand Canyon cabin was cancelled. Host was communicative and helpful. The home is close to Flagstaff. It was a little further from the GC than expected, but if you're looking for a quiet getaway in the Flagstaff area, then we recommend this property.

Property and house were great. There were lots of spider webs inside and out, along w active spiders. I would advise to have property sprayed! No internet thou, which made it hard to do some work while gone for the long weekend. Owner tried to fix but wasn’t able to due to the weekend. Didn’t offer any compensation either. For the most part great house/property.

Arizona Stay
House was very nice. Spacious, good location. Ovens in kitchen dirty, gas grill dirty n wouldn’t work, no first aid supplies, Wii game system did not work, tv in porch bedroom did not work, trash compactor had not been emptied. Had issues with A/C but property manager was easy to get ahold of n problem was fixed immediately.

Beautiful property
This was our 4th year staying here. The grandkids had a couple of friends which the “dorm” room worked perfectly for the stay. We had quite a bit of snow and the little hills next to the house was perfect for them all to play on. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home. Thank you as well for the welcome basket of treats!

Everyone had a great time and wished we could stay longer. The kids loved having a room where they could all sleep together. The scenery is beautiful and the house is close to stores and stuff making it really convenient. We definitely want to do it again.

Lovely weekend getaway
Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The neighborhood was great for walks, the rooms were appropriate for our party and the seating was adequate for watching Christmas movies! It was quote cold on the bunk room for sleeping so that was my only complaint. We had a great time!

Perfect for Groups!
We had a great experience! This home is perfect for larger groups, especially with kids. The game room was perfect and far enough away from the living area that the kids had their own place to have fun without being too noise for the rest of the house. Plenty of room throughout the house to spread out but also perfect communal space to be together! We would absolutely recommend and come back!

Awesome house and location
We went to Flagstaff for a family gathering and this was one of just a few houses that could fit us. While not the cheapest available, it was worth every penny. It is a big, beautiful house in an ideal setting. Walking distance to hiking and mountain biking trails. Close to the city. Maria, the owner was attentive to our every need. We all had a great time and this house was a fantastic gathering place.

A great spot for extended family weekend
Our party of 7 adults, 6 kids (ages 2 - 10), and 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and also to be together. The only difficult part was there was not a large dining space for more than 6, but the weather was gorgeous so we spread out inside and outside. The kids room was so much fun and kept their craziness contained to their own space. It's hard to find a dog-friendly property, and we were so grateful to bring our pups. Would definitely recommend.
