The apartment itself is spacy (I stayed alone, but it could fit two quite well), has high ceilings. Even during hot Summer days (+35 degrees Celsius) it is comfortable inside. There's a grocery shop and two very decent cafeterias right next to the building. The subway station with direct line to the city center is within 5 minutes walk.

There are a few downsides, which nevertheless can be fixed in the future. Primarily, the current household appliances are very cheap and work accordingly. In particular, the washing machine trains for the career in a heavy metal rock band (albeit lacking talent, as the produced loud metal beat quickly becomes repetitive). This, however, does not even compare with 24/7 selfless sacrifice of the fridge, which has apparently decided to defeat the Global Warming all by itself (the lack of thermodynamics knowledge make these efforts futile, but the sheer volume of determination deserves nothing less but a pure respect). In short, I would recommend future guests to disconnect this herald of an Ice Age from the power supply (it is quite easy to do). To make the process simpler, I could recommend the owner to add a power extender with an on/off button right next to the fridge, so that the process becomes trivial (if replacing the freezer completely is an out of budget option).

Good price. Spacious and comfortable. Reasonably well equipped but a couple of essentials missing. Didn’t meet owner but all questions answered quickly and problems resolved.

The location was very convenient to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment was reasonably comfortable and fairly quiet. It has all of the basic necessities for a short stay. Check-out was easy.

Communication with Daniel could have been easier and more proactive. I got the impression that he was very busy and my needs were inconvenient. Key pickup was not ideal. Even after I communicated that my day was extremely busy, I was told that he was also very busy and asked if I could pick up keys at a different location. After some hesitation, I agreed and then was kept waiting for over twenty minutes.

If things were unclear ( first time user) Daniel was very helpfull to me.

The room is located in a nice and quiet area. Daniel, our host is very friendly and accommodating. He picked us up from the airport in the evening and took us to the room. The house had all the amenities one would expect. Very comfortable bed and very warm rooms.

As a couple, we stayed here and enjoyed the flat immensely. It was perfect for two people. Immaculately clean. Modern interior design. The tempurpedic mattress was phenomenal!!!. It’s tough to have one at home and then sleep on lumpy coils when you travel. All the amenities you need are furnished, even an espresso machine. It’s located just five minutes from the metro where you can get a week long ticket for only 17 euros which made it easier and economical to explore the city. Supermarkets are also within 5 minutes walk, as well a great Italian restaurant across the street. As great as the apartment is, probably the best aspect was Daniel, mentioned by other guests for good reason. His service was above and beyond, personally picked us up from the airport and made several arrangements as well as recommendations for us. He’s the best host we’ve experienced. Thanks Daniel!

I just came from one of the best trip of my life in Vienna. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank apartment owner Daniel who was really amazing person and host. I had planned 4 days trip on the occasion of my wife’s birthday. I found pictures of apartment along with good review on booking.com so i went ahead and booked it. I wrote a note while booking about occasion and I got confirmation of booking along with sweet gesture that he will arrange surprise cake and flowers for free if I take airport shuttle option. It was easy to communicate in English with him on whatsapp as well and he showed flexibility with check in and check out as per flight schedule. My wife did not know about this so when we landed in Vienna at arrival section there was old nice man (cab driver) holding our name plate who took us to Mercedes van and drove until apartment and handed over keys. Charges were 34 euro which were worth. When we opened apartment it was clean and well-kept kitchen at entrance and when we walked inside there was surprise for my wife with flowers, traditional cake, bottle of red Italian wine and decorated table with nice wishes note from host Daniel (photos attached) . We were speechless :-) I gifted my wife smartwatch It was wonderful arrangements and well-kept apartment with perfect speed of Wi-Fi. We also liked bathtub as my 2 years old son enjoyed taking bath in it. Daniel also offered crib for my son but we said no as we co-sleep and bed had sufficient size. He recommended nearby famous restaurants and we chose Medl Bråu where we had authentic local food. Next day, he came personally to explain us about things to do and see. Suggestions were really apt for our planning so that we could able to enjoy major glimpse of Vienna in shorter time. Its well-located with transport possibilities, restaurants and super market. I would give six star to this apartment and host :-) I would highly recommend everyone this place.
