No WiFi first two days. Sauna and steam were not available. No one cleaned the room until day 3.

I only have the problem with the lift. Maybe because of the card or the sensor itself. I think i am the only one have the problem coz i dont see others have the same problem

Месторасположение хорошее. Недалеко от центра. Неместному достаточно просто заблудиться. Так что заказываете grab. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Видно, что люди искренне хотят тебе помочь. Сами проявляют инициативу. Если Вы ранее успешно общались на английском с европейцами, то тут другая ситуация. Тут какой-то другой Английский. Я постоянно переспрашивал; очень сложно говорят при чем все. Номер достаточно чистый. Вид из окна мне понравился. Все предметы гигиены были рассчитаны на время проживания. Была горячая вода. Да-да, не везде есть такая роскошь. Даже было два пакетика кофе. Это плюс. Также не везде такое увидишь. ЗЫ: бассейн на верху ( точно не помню этаж, вроде 30+) платный. Где-то на 10м бесплатный, но там ограничено по людям в одновременном посещении. Прочем как и на верхнем этаже

Wi-Fi был просто ужасный. Приходилось сидеть в полуметре возле роутера. Пытался по максимуму его подвинуть к себе на длину кабеля. Не помогло. От роутера до кровати максимум 3 метра. Вообще не грузился интернет. Это кошмар, в 21 веке такое не понять. Гладильная доска была вмонтирована внутрь шкафа. Была сломана напополам. Не смог погладить. Что вообще убыло, так это таракан в ванной. Мерзко прям. Даже зафоткал. Может поэтому они грозят штрафами за то, что не выносишь мусор. Мусор я выносил сам, хотя в первый раз такое слышал. Мне не тяжело. Вишенка на торте - соседи. Там с одного номера сделали два и поставили очень тонкую ДСП. Я уходил на весь день, чтобы не слышать это. Но они даже ночью орали, плакали и не пойми что еще делали. Даже air pods не мог заглушить этот звук. Забыл сказать, что с холодильника очень сильно воняло чем-то тухлым.

A very nice stay in KL. After booking you get a whatsapp message with all the informations on how to check-in. Then when you arrive at the place you have a small office with someone gives you the keys and explains to you how it works. The place was really great, very clean and you have everything you need. There is a washing machine wich is very convenient. The view is great, it's very luminous, the decoration is simple and tasteful. It was a perfect stay, very comfortable, felt like a second home. You have a tiny store just next to the office, it closes at 2am and opens very early so it's also a plus.

The location is not ideal but not bad at all because you can easily get around by grab or taxis. I have nothing bad to say about my stay there.

The property is not worth the money at all. The location is not super central and the noise from the road is super loud! Wouldn’t recommend any light sleepers to stay here.

Far from public transportation and bad sound proof

Location was great few minutes drive from twin towers and any shops, staff were very lovely and helpful roof top pool was amazing views and very clean/ well kept. A few little ants in the room I guess these have come from the kitchen area this could do with being sorted but other than that room was very clean! Air con in room is also great!

Nice view and suitable for family

Tiny freezer and no kitchen work table . We took up the place for 3 nights . This area rains most of the time . The day we checked in 2 aircons were blowing out hot air in a tropical country and approx 3-4 bulbs were not working including the bedroom light . They sent a young maintenance boy to check it out . Spent approx 4hours in and out and left around 8 pm telling us he couldn’t fix it and unsure how to sort it . This apartment was a so called upgrade we had paid extra for with basic things not checked before being let out . This was the only day the weather was good and we were not able to utilise it at all . Maintenance sent the next day from morning till 1 pm before sorted . Started raining shortly after . Technically 1 1/2 days of day hours were wasted . When asked to compensate for the inconvenience in some way or form we were told they had sorted it and as far as they were concerned the matter was closed . So for those of you planning to book , please be advised this could happen to you

Quarto era bem espaçoso e tinha tudo que precisava… máquina de lavar roupa com secadora foi essencial para minha viagem.

Poderiam deixar uma toalha de rosto no banheiro e uma coisa que acho que deveria ser escrito na descrição do apartamento é que tem mini mercado em baixo do prédio, descobri somente no dia anterior de ir embora… nesse mini mercado tem tudo o que você precisa, foi ótimo mesmo no último dia.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, good facilities.

The check in process was a complete nightmare, and then after we had checked in we weren’t told how to find our room which seemed to be in a different building altogether! Paying to use a pool after already paying for the hotel seemed ridiculous. The amount of rules that came with the property made us feel like we were school kids on a school trip. Wouldn’t come back to the hotel. Also we were told we could pay the deposit by bank transfer, this wasn’t allowed so had to find cash, the nearest cash point didn’t work and we received no help from the staff on where to find another cash point.

Easy check in, clean, comfortable, modern, beautiful pools, well stocked night shop.

I thought my room would have better emanaties, room has quite a standard look&feel (hang up colourful paintings?).

I love how close all facilities like mrt was near this hotel. U just need to walk a bit. Also using grab to klcc fare was like rm8-rm11 only. They also provide washing machine include dryer was new to me, fridge, tv and wifi was quite fast.

The furniture inside room was broken and not change. It was quite dangerous because my son touch a bit and the furniture was gonna fall in to him and maybe u can provide like broom and shovel. The water heater also got problem. Like it wont heat like i wait almost 5 hours. So maybe u can check regularly.

La chambre ou studio été top vu sur les petronas, on été vraiment bien, la piscine du 8eme top pour les familles, machine à laver et sécher, salle de bain avec douche baignoire au top, lit king size, nous avons eu un lit bébé que nous a été amené dans la chambre. Petite supérette à bas de l'immeuble.

Le gros point noir est l'emplacement, si vous utilisez Grab parfait, sinon ol faut traverser des 2 voies sans passage pietons pour accéder au metro qui se trouve a 10min nous avons pris la sortie D a chaque fois, mais vraiment compliqué a traverser surtout avec une poussette. Manque verre et vraiment le strict minimum sur les couverts, assiette et tasse. De plus pour manger il faut sortir aucun resto à moins de 20min de marche à intermark sinon prendre le métro ou grab.

Dobry standard, ale czuć że już trochę zużyty

Na naszej pościeli były plamki, w łazience był karaluch, w pokoju też znaleźliśmy parę robaczków, połowy świateł nie mogliśmy używać bo wydawały okropny pisk przez cały czas, bardzo głośna klimatyzacja Nie było wymiany ręczników, pościeli ani sprzątania pokoju… Basen okazuje się płatny co nie ma sensu Ściany bardzo bardzo cienkie i słychać każdy krok sąsiadów

The lift is so confusing. Ive been stuck in the lift abt 20 min the card didnt work bcs we enter the wrong block. But the cleanliness of the room make us feel better.

Location and views were good.

The unit was not clean. Many cocoroaches were spotted repeatedly in the bathroom and on the bed. The toilet hose was broken. Overall not clean and not very well maintained.

I liked the bed / the washroom / toiletries / washing machine with dryer was a plus point as we used the pool throughout our stay and had to get our laundries done .

- It will be great if you could add kitchen utensils such as scissors/ chopping board / knife ( eg: Bought fruit's for dessert but could not find the knife to cut it ) - Could you also please update the details in regards to the pool usage ( info was a little different when I visited )

Location is not good for transportation, only taxi should ordered but sometimes waiting till 15 minutes.

Номер попался очень уставший, стоял не приятный запах, в номере нас встретили 3 таракана.

Konden zelfs nog inchecken bij de security na 12 uur snachts. Het appartement was erg ruim! Geweldig uitzicht. Veel licht variatie. Alles werkte. Zwembaden waren heel goed. De TV was heel nice. Het OV ligt een soort van in de buurt, maar je moet wel een stukje lopen. De bedden waren heel erg comfortabel. Weinig tot geen last van de andere appartementen.

Het warme water voor het bad is snel op, dus je kunt niet echt een warm/heet bad nemen... Je moet betalen voor het bad op de hoogste verdieping, dat vonden we wel jammer (niet duur, maar alsnog). Weinig eet mogelijkheden direct in de buurt.

Everything is nearly perfect. Except that, when I first entered the room, there is bad-smelling inside the room. I cant find what it is. Even on the second day, the smell is still there. Im quite upset with that. Other than that, im nothappy with the television provided. There is netflix. But we cant even click on it. Not easy to use

Clean, comfortable, easy check in / out process. Around 10-15mins drive for nasi kandar!
