Great location. Clean, comfortable and cute!

very well and thoughtfully equipped for guests, quirky, quiet neighbourhood. spacious studio for one or two people. good a/c. free snacks were a welcome - but rare - touch!

bathroom was ok but shower was a little cramped. door lock was ‘fiddly’ at times. location not ideal for people without a vehicle.

everything. all the basics covered and too many extras and ‘ nice touches ‘ to mention. I wish all all our bookings were like this.

So well located! Austin is a car city, so if you don't have a car you'll need to say closer into downtown. But if you do have one, this place is close to literally everything!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The electricity was fickle. It went out on the last night.

The location was ideal. Its a beautiful area of Austin. It is just off Lamar, and so easy to get anywhere downtown. Also, easy to go north if you wanted to, easy access to MOPAC and Capital of Texas Highway. It took 15 minutes or less to drive over to the office I was visiting out on Capital of Texas in early morning traffic. I liked the privacy and the outdoor seating area.

It took a bit to figure out the 3 remotes for the TV....but then I get technologically challenged from time to time. I finally figured it out and there were a number of options. I was out most of the time....too much to do in Austin...so TV wasn't that big a deal. Could have used an ironing board...but that wasn't that big a deal either.

Incredible location, ended each evening driving down 6th St to take in all the "noise" from the bars! So close to the heart of Austin you can't lose with this spot! The neighborhood is fabulous with everything at your fingertips!

All good... small little spot that works well for those running around town and not worried about holding up inside. Parking was great, the neighbors who watched us come and go didn't seem to have a care in the world.
