Une vue imprenable sur le soleil, le surf et le sable! Cette non-fumeur 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain condo a été magnifiquement rénové en 2014. Tous les appareils / caractéristiques modernes et mises à jour, aménagement luxueux de rendre votre séjour confortable et vous aider à sentir choyé. Réveillez-vous chaque matin au lever du soleil sur le golfe depuis votre balcon privé. Le bruit apaisant des vagues de l'océan vous endormir le soir et vous Bécon à la plage pendant la journée. Le complexe Tiki Condominium dispose de 2 grandes piscines qui sont chauffées pendant l'hiver et sont entourés par une végétation luxuriante.

This would be a 5 star review if it had not been for the location of the condo. The balcony, which faces Bar Louie, is only a stone throw away. The condo itself was clean and well kept, owner was great with communication and it was comfortable during the day. However, the bar noise from the DJ on Friday and Saturday night was vibrating through the walls and the balcony was not usable due to the noise. I'd recommend this for a young couple that is interested in the bar scene and doesn't mind the noise, but for a family with a young child, I would suggest looking at a different location. It's unfortunate that the condo owner has to have this right next door to their location.

This unit faces the hotel next door which is quite noisy when they have entertainment, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that you don’t hear a thing when the patio door is closed so it was never an issue. Loved seeing the weekend fireworks show from the balcony. This unit is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has ample dish ware.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely and very clean condo. SPI Excursions was great for snorkeling. And must visit the Bird Sanctuary and see "Big Padre"the huge alligator event! Also enjoy a great dinner at Nautica.
A small warning, on a holiday weekend expect very LOUD music from the party bar/pool that plays until midnight.

This condo was perfect for me & my husband. We only planned to stay 4 days but ended up staying 1 extra day so wecould actually enjoy the beach. Went the 3rd week of March & it was very chilly. The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Check in was easy & beach was jut a few steps away. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Absolutely wonderful! Great place, the condo was excellent, great view from the patio. Kitchen was very well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with. The Tiki complex is well maintained and they are on top of things. Close to several beach restaurants.

My family and I had such a great time in South Padre. We had everything we needed in the condo and absolutely loved the location. Short walk to the beach! This was the perfect place for us. The condo was so clean and comfortable and decorated so nicely. We will definitely be back. The owners have done such a great job with this place. Highly recommend.

The property was just as pictured. I have stayed at the Tiki before and always has a great experience. This room was exceptional! The property manager was fantastic. Quick responses with any questions.
Views were amazing. Can easily watch the sunrise from the balcony.

Very clean, great decor, immaculate grounds and awesome sunrise views but too close to Bar Louie. Bands and DJ's every night of our stay until late at night provided no privacy. Open the curtains and the whole bar is looking at you.

It is a great location with an ocean view. The host was quick to respond to questions. Very clean and although pet friendly, it did not smell like dogs at all. Loved the chairs on the balcony to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

This was our first visit to South Padre Island & we had a great time. The condo was wonderful and was decorated so beautifully- it felt like a dear friend had let us use their much loved beach condo. We loved the Gulf view from the patio, the easy access to the beach and pools for swimming. We also loved that side of SPI that’s a little peaceful! We loved it and would love to come back.

Comfy and Relaxing!
Amazing place! Beautifully decorated, you know you’re at the beach right when you walk into the calm, clean space. Well supplied kitchen if you want to skip going out to the packed restaurants. Good size rooms for lounging in after a day in the sun and great balcony for enjoying a coffee in the morning, or wine in the evening, to watch the waves roll in. Will definitely be visiting and staying here again!

The Tiki condominiums were very easy to find. The location was accurate in stating just feet from the beach. The Bartell’s condo was clean and had all the necessities of home. Beautifully furnished(pictures need to be updated). Bill was very responsive and communicated with me intermittently to ensure my family’s stay was going well. Highly recommend!!!
