Wonderful to find such a nice place to rent in Ventura that allowed us to bring our little puppies. Only 5 minutes to the beach!

This was affordable and easy to access, owners responded to communication quickly. Thanks for being a great host!

Close to everything but not exactly walking distance. Great for bicycling though. The beds sucked but the house is cute, the location is not bad and the house is well kept. I’d definitely stay at this house again.

The house is well appointed with an exceptional layout for visitors allowing adequate separation space for individuals while still being a wonderful space to gather in open living area and kitchen. Although Seaward is a little busy at time it does not seem to affect the house and the neighborhood is wonderful to walk with sidewalks and charming houses.

As described, could use some TLC and aggressive cleaning / updated linens but has everything you need ( laundry in garage, big rooms and big bathrooms, well stocked kitchen) . Very good price and dog friendly. Thank you for sharing your space and being excellent communicators! We’d definitely rent again.

We enjoyed staying in this cute home on the corner in Ventura. Todd and Vivian answered any questions I had promptly. Us girls stayed in while the boys went fishing. Very nice neighborhood.

Met up with in-laws for a stay in Ventura. Plenty of space.L for them, us and our daughters. Kitchen was well stocked for family meals. Several options for coffee - a keurig and a reg pot. Walked to beach, grocery and restaurants while there. Beds were relatively comfortable. Sheets were soft. Towels were plentiful. Living room furniture was not very comfy, but we weren’t there enough to care much about that. Tv signal was not great, despite the hosts thorough instructions for use. That meant better visiting time though!

Property is as described and photographed. Roomy and comfortable. Located near good shopping and easy access to fwy. Ample bedding, towels, blankets, extra pillows, also had a pack n play that was not listed! Older neighborhood, street parking is a bit tough to come by if you have a vehicle that does not fit in driveway. Side of house is on a busy through street, but did not bother us at all. We had just two disappointments, being the lack of water pressure and the TV setup. I don’t know if the water pressure in the area is just that poor or if there is another issue but the water just softly sprays from the shower head, barely enough to rinse shampoo effectively. Our TV experience may have been due to another renter logging out of the system but we had difficulty getting ahold of someone to assist us perhaps because of the thanksgiving holiday. It would be extremely helpful to have a more detailed set of instructions available should this happen again. Otherwise we had a nice time, the home was just what we were looking for. It is not really walking distance to the beach though and it’s busy streets with a lot of traffic.

First, communication with the property management was professional, prompt. Second, the home was cozy, clean, and had everything needed as a home away from home. Third, they are pet friendly and have a secured yard. Fourth, I recommend this property as it’s located near a grocery store, walking distance to the beach. It is near a busy street which is a gate way towards the beach and nearby freeway. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and well lit! It's also less than a mile walk or run to the beach.

Great location close to beach, some traffic noise from Seaward. Modern with all you would need for a stay.

The house is 3 minutes front the beach, grocery store, coffee, and tons of great restaurants. You can walk to any of these places in 15 minutes. It has all the pots and utensils you need. One cooking pan is provided. There are all kinds of spices provided. I would recommend bringing an egg pan if you are bringing your own stuff. The house has towels a plenty and the washer and dryer work great. One of our favorite bonuses to staying in the house is it gives 6 of us room to spread out after a long day of traveling and sight seeing. We were able to cook and eat together. This was a great place to stay!

Quit street next to a main road, Stewart Avenue, but with new dual pane vinyl windows sound not a issue from Stewart Avenue. Can not to much about the emergency vehicles. Main grocery store, drug store and plenty of places to eat close by. Walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets on the beach. Close to the downtown area with a lot to do, including a walk on the pier. Enjoy.

This property work very well for our family to get together. There was plenty of room for all ages. The steps into the house were difficult for a handicapped parent to navigate but once in the house was easy for them to move around in. The master bathroom with the low step into the shower & taller toilet was also easy for older people. Definitely a place we would rent again.

The house is very cozy and bright. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to work in. The location is perfect for both the beach and downtown.

My family and I were attending a wedding for the weekend and this home was amazing. Clean, spacious, the decor was beautiful. My family enjoyed staying here and it was only 5 minutes away from the wedding. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ventura!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well decorated and had plenty of space for 6 people. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. We were excited to find beach chairs in the garage! The only thing I can think to critique is it’s proximity to a major road and the water pressure was a bit weak. Overall though we really enjoyed our “home base” for our marathon race weekend!
