This is a wonderful house. It easily accommodates 26 people. Perfectly located, very clean and well stocked. Host is exceptional.

Great house!

Clean and plenty of room for our party of 10 for a girls weekend. The nieces enjoyed the hot tub and noted how clean it was. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. All in all a fun weekend.

The house was so big for 5 families. It was so clean. We had a wonderful time. We want to plan to come back next year!

Very nice house, plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the big game room downstairs and the hot tub. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great view and a very nice home.

Took a couple tries to get check-in info. Lots of stairs in house, including annoying 3 steps to living room from anywhere. Those are my only negative comments! Very nice house in very good condition (and we've stayed at many VRBO properties; this was among the best) and clean. Even the pool and ping pong tables were in good shape (unlike many places). Good wifi. Easy check-out process.

Had a great stay at this roomy, well decorated comfortable home! The beds were cozy, the kitchen was so well stocked…even 2 coffee makers! Our group had a great time - love the deck and privacy! The icemaker would not work but we were well prepared with coolers. Would absolutely love to visit again!

The house adequately accommodated our group of 16. There was plenty of room and lots of options of things to do. There was a very nice pool and local attractions nearby.

We had 10 friends come from Ohio, PA, Ba, and NC to spend three days golfing, eating, drinking, and laughing. The house was more than accommodating for space. Was able to fit 9 large SUVs in the driveway. Kitchen nice for cooking our meals. Giant TV was great for watching goofy movies since it rained most afternoons/evenings. (After golf though). So we didn’t get to hang on the outside huge deck. I’d recommend a cover for the outside furniture. Pros. Location Size Cons Only one fridge Ice maker did not work (we just purchased bags) Bed linens were flannel and thus warm and rough Some of the towels looked dirty with stains. No large blender. Recommend- yes, but I’d bring own linens and towels

Three families from across the US got together to stay here for my sons wedding near by. The house was everything we had expected.The kids really enjoyed the game room area and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very helpful and responded in timely manner. We had a great trip.

This property is perfect for a large group. The size of the beds, the large gathering spaces, the game room downstairs all make this property perfect. AND the best part was the ski in/ski out capabilities with Hidden Valley. Our group finally had skiers advanced enough to go right out onto the black diamond hill right on the property which made for a very convenient time skiing.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday for the weekend and everybody had a blast! I would recommend this place for a big group looking for a get away weekend.

Great experience!

The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. However they were blinds missing in the living room and it was a little Eerie at night knowing that anyone could just look in if they walked up on the deck. You can tell there were blinds there but they had been pulled down. The house could have been cleaner, there were multiple spots on the rugs. The hot tub was dirty and there was not enough shock for the whole time we stayed. One of the showers with clogged. We did expect more than one refrigerator for a home that is big enough for 26 people. The fireplace downstairs worked sometimes but not always. We were a little surprised at how steep the steps were it was not ideal for the kids to be going up and down. The round seating on the deck was full of dog hair , so we were unable to use that . But the beds were amazingly comfortable. There were enough towels for everyone. The furniture kind of reminded us of Fred Flintstone and everyone loved those. There were extra blankets and pillows. The kids loved the game room. The deck was beautiful. There is no live TV but we were able to get into a Netflix account and that was sufficient for us. And the issues that we did have with the house we did not get in touch with the property manager about because we kind of just went with the flow. But there were some things that could have been cleaner and the biggest thing for us was the blinds around the living room.

The house was very large, comfortable, and in a good location. The house was not in great condition, however. It needs a thorough cleaning and painting, and the carpet could surely be replaced. The hot tub was not at all clean. For these reasons, I felt the house was overpriced. The Hidden Valley community pools were not heated and were not clean - this was a big disappointment. But we certainly had a good time together with family.

Our family of 14 had a great experience staying here. The size of the house was perfect and the many bathrooms were a real plus! We enjoyed the lovely deck and the game room. The grounds around the house needed care. The hot tub was in need of a shock treatment when we arrived, but was fine after that. We would definitely rent again!

Two years later you were still willing to accommodate our group! We truly had a great stay! We had to move our Easter egg hunt inside since it snowed! But the kids didn't skip a beat! Your property was very spacious and everyone was comfortable! Would definitely consider staying again in the future!

This property is truly a hidden gem! The host is so polite and responds quickly to answer any and all questions. The house itself is lovely with plenty of space to relax. I would absolutely recommend this house for anyone looking to get away for the weekend.

My extended family and I had a blast hanging out for a ski weekend. There was plenty of room to accommodate our large family and the accommodations, including the game room and outdoor hot tub, were excellent. The skiers and non-skiers alike had a wonderful time.

The location is amazing! Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for a perfect friends/family ski vacation! The beds are extremely comfortable. Enough extra pillows and blankets which is always a plus. Fully stocked kitchen. You can enjoy a nice fire in the fire pit while watching the skiers and the kids in the hot tub. The ski room is the perfect place to leave all of your gear without cluttering up the house. You will not be disappointed in this rental! You won’t want to leave.

This was a perfect house for our large family & plenty of room for more. What a beautiful view of the slopes! Can’t wait to come back next year! It’s on a black diamond but most were fine with it & those of us that could not just drove down to the lifts & left our car in lot to go back to the house.

This place is awesome! It's right on the North side of the mountain and is literally on the slope. Mike was so easy to get in contact with and we only had to contact him for silly questions because everything else was good to go. Has a great "Mud room" in the basement for all of your gear and an awesome game room down there. We fit 7 cars in the driveway fairly easily. Only things of note for future parties: If someone is sleeping in the basement, it can be a little chillier than the rest of the house so bring an extra blanket. The north side of the hill is only open for night skiing on Friday and Saturday just as an FYI. Thanks Mike!!!

went for a family ski vacation, this is a great location and wonderful property.

The cabin was wonderful, exactly as they promised. Convenient to slopes, wonderful set up, and such a great family gathering space. Highly recommend!

The house was great for our needs (family of 8 adults and 8 kids ages 14-1) We loved all the bedrooms and the larger beds. Hidden Valley wasn’t open while we were there, but if it had been, the location would have been perfect. The only downside is the lights from the slopes shown right into the main living room and master bedroom at night. Wouldn’t have been bad if they went off at some point, but they stayed on all night. Not the property’s fault- but just a little annoying for sleeping purposes. Overall we loved the property and the stay.

It was the perfect place for my husbands 40th birthday! He loves the outdoors and snowboarding. Unfortunately not enough snow to board but he loved it!! Would definitely stay again! With that being said. We did have to do some cleaning of our own. The sweeper was not ran leaves, crumbs and dirt on the carpet. countertops were dirty and had some food stuck on the counters. Smelled like someone just made dinner when we walked in. And the floors were not clean. With this being said it would not deter me from staying again.
