浴室乾燥機で洗濯物が干せたのが良かったです。 チェックインや入室方法の案内も丁寧でスムーズに出来ました。最寄り駅からの距離はありますがほとんど一直線に進むだけなのでまだマシに感じました。途中にスーパーとドラッグストアがあるのも便利でした。

食器が汚れていました。掃除機が全く吸い込まなくて機能しなかった。

セルフチェックインで簡単にチェックインできましたし、ソファーベットが3台もあり居間で非常に快適に過ごせました！トイレ、お風呂、ベットは大きくて広く快適に眠れました。新宿からも思ったより近くてよかったです。また利用します。

Great one bedroom apartment - new kitchen and bathroom. Located across from a grocery store.

Property is only one bedroom not 2 and would suit 2-3 people as there is a double bed in the bedroom and a few futons to lay in the kitchen for another person.

The bathroom was okay and as per expectation

The owner gave misleading information about the location of the property on Booking.com. It was shown as being 1.2 kms closer to Shinjuku station on the map than where it was actually located. This resulted in extra cost of bus rides and time to get to Shinjuku station on a daily basis. The property is really tiny and extremely uncomfortable for my family of two adults and two children. The so-called sofa beds were literally mattresses that you had to put on the floor to sleep. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking vessels and crockery (the host arranged for dinner plates and a saucepan when I mentioned this) There is no fixed wifi in the property. We were given a dongle (mobile wifi) which had a low daily limit and we were left without wifi on most days as the daily limited finished very quickly. The instructions to collect the keys was very confusing and stressful. The aircon is only in the bedroom and the living room/kitchen area where the so-called sofa beds are located has no fans. My younger daughter had high fever on our first few days in Japan and we wanted to keep the aircon switched off which resulted in the living room/kitchen area becoming very hot. I asked for a fan for the living room (which would have cost $10-15 but the host refused this. I also asked for a foot towel which also the host refused quite rudely

The accommodation was a one BR apartment good for 4 people. It is a short bus ride to Shinjuku Station. The bus stop to Shinjuku is across the street, a short walk from the house. Very convenient. The bus was a better way to commute than the train, my elderly mother enjoyed herself. What will strike you was the tidiness of the place when you open the door. The host responds quickly, and had everything you will need for your stay.

The sofa bed. Although it is nice that it can be converted to a mattress, but difficult to eat seating down on the floor with a low table. There were not enough chairs for 4 people, just a small stool. And there were only 3 pillows, very hard and thick.

Futon wasnt a real futon and i slept not so good

This location was very convenient and was very spacious. A lot of amenities were available first hand and even had umbrellas which we didn't have to buy. The mini kitchen was also a plus.

The lack of high seating. Getting up and down from the ground was a little hard but manageable. Also the legs on the table were a little weak(slight bump in the wrong direction and the table fell).
