Parfait maison est Austin qui est au coeur du centre-ville d'Austin! Situé à un pâté de maisons de la 6ème rue et à quelques rues de Rainey Street, le Single Malt Manor dispose d'un toit-terrasse privé, d'un barbecue, d'une cour arrière, de 2 cuisines et de 2 salons. Facilement marcher à Austin! Cette liste est composée de deux maisons sur le même lot, qui sont toutes les deux si vous réservez. Comme il y a 2 maisons, il s’agit d’une des rares inscriptions qui n’enfreint pas la loi de la ville d’Austin, qui ne prévoit pas plus de 10 personnes par maison louée pour une location à court terme.

A cozy little hidden retreat just a block off 6th, with friendly and super responsive hosts. Main house + guest house = tons of space for everyone, with modern amenities, super comfortable beds, and a relaxing backyard pool oasis. Target and Whole Foods is only a few blocks away for food and necessities.
While we didn't spend much time at the house itself, the time we did spend there was very comfortable. Recommended to all!

Had a large group of adult friends stay for ACL weekend 1.
Location is absolutely amazing walking distance to bars and restaurants on east 6th st.
Also had a Target and Whole Foods with in walking distance.
The house itself was great for socializing, the main house has an open floor plan first floor with a kitchen dining and living area and a poker table.
Upstairs were 3 bedrooms. 2 had full sized bunk beds and the other room had two queens and a trundle bed with 2 twins.
The other house had an open floor plan upstairs with a bunk bed and a queen size bed. Downstairs was another full kitchen and the lone bedroom with one king bed and it’s own bathroom.
Between the two buildings was a nice outdoor area with a grill plenty of patio furniture and a small wading pool. Majority of the time was spent here.
There are currently no residential neighbors.
There is a washer and dryer to use, however, the dryer did not work during our stay. Management was aware and was tried to remedy the situation.
Beds were comfortable. Everything worked.
There is no streaming function on the television (apple tv/chromecast)
The smaller house has no central air and uses electric A/C units to cool the rooms. Mixed reviews from guests on those units.
Overall this is a great place in a great location with plenty of parking to bring a large group that isn’t worried too much about privacy in the rooms.
Uber/Lyft/Feti were all easy to use from this location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property! We were surprised by the space! There were only 4 of us and it could have easily slept 15-20 people. The location was great to hop around Austin! We didn’t need anything as the owner had all the basics already in the home! We would come back!

We had a great time at Inn Cahoots. Stayed here to celebrate our beloved Tía’s life with familia and friends.
My suggestions on improvements would be to connect the dryer vent to dryer. Add valets to all rooms for suitcases since no dressers. A book to give house instructions or suggestions to local restaurants and/or activities. As for parking only compact to midsize cars fit in 2 spots the 3 parking spot could fit a truck only if trash cans are moved closer to gate area. Also yard maintenance needed as the mosquitos and bugs are annoying. Finally water pressure in master bedroom shower needs to be checked.

It is a great place, awesome pool and backyard, plenty of room. We loved the place, awesome for hanging out and grilling. Two houses so that is great. You definitely want to come here for large groups or events, it would be great for a large group visiting. However, we couldn’t check in for over an hour after we were supposed to. We already wanted to check in early but we couldn’t, but that was fine. But we were ready waiting to get in at 4pm check in time but we never received the gate code. For this price, there should definitely be better service. We had to keep texting the host and they wouldn’t respond then told us their texts wouldn’t go through. Seems odd when someone’s paying over $1,000 a night to not tell someone how to check in at check in time and then not respond for an hour.

The owner was fantastic and so sweet. The house decorates are amazing and the owners have done a fabulous job in that regards. The house was also very clean- thank you!
There were a lot of items that for the price per night should have been included- like condiments for the coffee, a wine opener and wine glasses. Maybe a couple of waters in the fridge.
The homeless community was one block away and what looked to be a meth house was next door. That would probably be okay for a large group of folks but for our family of 4 it was a little stressful!
We wish the owners continued success with the property!

Such a cool vibe at this chic home!
Our party of 9 had a great time relaxing at the private pool day and night. Great location and privacy. Home decor was fun and trendy, love some of the TX charm. Host was very friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend this place!

Vacation Salvation
After our initial plans fell through this was a god send and saved our short quarantine-sanity vacation. The property manager was wonderful and very responsive. The property was super clean looking exactly like the pictures. The pool was crystal clear and our kids were little mermen. Would highly recommend and will look forward to booking with Inn Cahoots again.

The house was so cool, lots of good clean comfortable beds, lots of beautiful bathrooms. So well decorated! Yard could be fantastic just needs a little TLC. It was beyond our expectations. 👍�🏻�❤️

Property is dated...
the property is definitely dated..the house is old and the parking is awful. So if you have more than one vehicle you will have to park on one of the side streets. The Property Manager was the absolute best. She was very attentive and took care of the issues we had immediately.

Great space with plenty of room and beds for everyone! Very close to 6th street and all the bars! Plus a short drive to tons of other activities and such!!

Bachelor Pad Perfection
The property was perfect for hosting our bachelor party weekend. The indoor/outdoor space allowed lots of us to hang out, but also let others get a little space if needed. Perfect location to hit up the diverse neighborhoods in Austin with a walk or short taxi.

Great house for a large group, amazing property management company!
This house was PERFECT for a large group. The location is great - walkable to 6th St and a short drive to Rainy St and South Congress. Clint from the property management company was so great! We had an issue with the AC and Clint came over immediately to fix it and followed up to ensure that it was working properly. The backyard at this house is great. Would highly recommend this house for a large group.

Perfect for a large group
The house was perfect for a large group of guys in town for a bachelor party. Clint and the rest of the Inn Cahoots team were always extremely helpful and very responsive. The house is really perfect for a large group. It even has a nice courtyard with cornhole set up. There are plenty of beds/bedrooms and the house was very clean when we arrived. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house to any large group.

Perfect for large groups
Myself and 11 buddies from around the country rented this place a few weeks ago for our annual fantasy football draft weekend. We've been traveling for 10 years picking new cities to all meet up in. This year was Austin and the hardest part is finding a place with 12 beds that's close to the nightlife of a city. This property was hands down our best choice yet. From start to finish the process from booking this house to arriving and getting the "keys"(Bluetooth activated locks directly from an app on your phone, pretty cool) was easy. Kristen quickly answered all my questions online. Clint was really flexible about our arrival time and reachable whenever we needed him throughout our stay. The house itself is pretty cool. Tons of space and beds; perfect for our group of 12. Lots of outdoor space and really only a 5-7 min walk to all the bars and restaurants on 6th and downtown. Definitely would reccomend this place and would stay here again when in town.

Great house for a big group
We stayed on this property from July 23-July 26 with a group of 22 people for a bachelor party. The size of the house fit us perfectly. We were able to sleep 12 people in the main house and 10 in the back house. There was plenty of living area space both indoors and outdoors for us all to hang out together. There were also plenty of bathrooms for everyone.
The house is about 0.5 mile from "dirty 6th street". It's walkable but in 90+ degree heat at night we chose to take ubers down there (less than $10 for an UberXL) and usually walked back. Rainey street is about the same distance and is Uber-able or walkable. Also, directly across the street from the house is a food truck park (phenomenal food) which came in handy.

Perfect Space in an Excellent Location
We could not have been more happy with this property. We had a bachelor party with 20 guys, so I was worried we about the number of beds and the amount of space--but it was never a problem. Everyone was very comfortable. A few of the 20 guys had recently been to other bachelor parties in Austin, and each of them mentioned to me that they preferred this house. The backyard space and location were particular highlights.
The property was very clean and well-maintained, particularly given that it seems to be used for bachelor and bachelorette parties frequently. There was actually already beer in the fridge when we arrived! I had a chance to meet the cleaning staff and they were very nice, accomodating people. Kristen and her husband were very responsive and available.
Not only what I recommend this property to anyone--I would strongly consider coming back on the next trip I book to Austin.

Great visit, Great location
The house is in a great location, 5 minutes from everything! Great vibe, decoration, and lots of beds. We had 8 guys and could have had 8 more each on our own bed. The team running the place is super nice, easy going, and couldn't be more accommodating. Great choice for a large group.

Awesome Place!
This place is perfect! It is actually 2 houses; the main house and a smaller one in the back. It comfortably accommodated a bachelor party of 12 guys with lots of room to spare. Out of the many ammenities provided, the most used were the 3 flat screen TVs in the living room, the poker table, and the roof top patio. It is close to downtown, specifically "dirty 6th", and there are even food trucks practically across the street! The owners were nothing but accommodating and very hospitable, overall great people to deal with. All in all, it was a great rental experience. We all had a fantastic time in Austin and a lot of that had to do with such convenient accommodations. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Austin.

Bachelor party !!
This was the perfect location to host my brothers bachelor party. The location of the house is amazing. Everything is within walking distance. Parks, bars, resrurants, oh yes and amazing food trucks are all within a mile of the house. All my guests expressed how nice the house was. The backyard is also one big part about the house that we loved. It has a huge grill and patio for cooking. I want to thank our property manager Jessica. She did an amazing job hosting and accomodating our needs. Definately would recommend this place if you have around 14 to 20 people.

Huge, gorgeous, unique, close to everything!
This house far exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our large party, and the house was so unique, clean, and close to everything in Austin. There is plenty of space indoors and out for entertaining. Our favorite spot was the rooftop deck with a view of downtown. Not to mention, Jessica was SO helpful. They will pick up groceries/drinks if you request it for a small fee - totally worth it. We had 15 bottles of champge and OJ waiting for us when we arrived. Also, ALL of the many mattresses and pillows are SO comfortable - which was a pleasant surprise in a house this size with so many mattresses! Can't speak highly enough about this place. Will be back for sure.

Perfect in Every Aspect
Background on our group: ~20 males/females in our mid to late 20s visiting for the weekend to attend ACL, longhorns and check out this awesome city.
Let me start by saying that this is the first review (of any sort) that I’ve ever written.
The house was absolutely perfect in every aspect. I’ve rented my share of houses with friends/family and have NEVER encountered owners as chill, yet accessible and responsive as Kristen and Brian (a very tough combination to find when renting).
Below are just a few of the highlights, but if you’re even considering this house, you’d be wise to go with it.
- Nice outdoor area between the full house and apt/loft perfect for grilling (yes there is a grill as well), games or just hanging out. Yard is not huge, but the pictures actually make it seem much smaller than it really is
- Huge rooftop deck/patio with views of the city
- Great sound system (plus 3 flat screens for any sports fans out there) in living room of the main house
- SUPER comfortable/numerous beds (zero issues whatsoever sleeping 20 of us)
- We pre-ordered all sorts of beverages through them (beers/mixers, etc), and the house was fully stocked when we arrived. They’ll simply just charge you at cost for this service which I highly recommend taking advantage of
Needless to say, I will certainly be coming back here
