Stylish 6 Bedroom Home in Trendy Logan Square!
Notre maison élégante et nouvellement construite à Logan Square a tout l'espace dont une famille ou un groupe d'amis qui voyagent ensemble a besoin - ainsi qu'un accès facile aux meilleurs restaurants, bars et boutiques du quartier (bien qu'avec de tout nouveaux appareils, vous pouvez vous retrouver à cuisiner en quelques nuits)! Nous sommes à quelques pas de la ligne bleue Logan, il est donc facile de se rendre à O'Hare ou à la boucle à partir d'ici. Garage 2 voitures gratuit sur place. Bonne visite dans cette maison spacieuse, ensoleillée et joliment meublée!
Vous entrez - que ce soit par le garage ou la rue - sur le niveau principal, qui est tous des espaces de rassemblement: des espaces de vie aménagés pour profiter de la lumière, des salles à manger et une grande cuisine. Il y a aussi un demi-bain à ce niveau. A l'étage se trouve la chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain attenante, deux chambres supplémentaires avec lits queen et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, et une autre salle de bain. Au niveau inférieur se trouve une salle familiale, deux chambres avec lits queen et une salle de bain complète.
La maison arbore un Internet Wifi ultra-rapide, trois téléviseurs Smart 4K, des haut-parleurs Sonos, Alexa et des jeux. Les salles de bain sont toutes dotées d'équipements essentiels, y compris un shampoing, un revitalisant, un nettoyant pour le corps et des serviettes fraîches de différentes tailles. Overall we were very happy with our visit here. We had 13 guys and this unit has more than enough space for all of us. Our only issue was that we could not gain access to the garage to park our cars. The code to open the garage door did not work which was a bummer. We were able to easily find free parking on the street right in front of the house so in the grand scheme of things, it really didn’t matter.
Other than that, very happy with our entire stay!

We stayed here for a large group trip to Chicago, and it was an excellent option for us. The only hiccup was that the cleaning service was still getting the property cleaned when we were supposed to check in at 3. Otherwise, we had no issues!

So, all in all the place is fine and lives up to the description. We do an annual trip with seven 50 year old guys to a city for a relaxing weekend.
Three things however I would comment about for people considering renting this place:
1) The owner has a ridiculous list of things that he says he will fine or penalize you for. It is like a laundry list of $50, $100, and more financial penalties. It is very unfriendly and given you already pay for insurance, it seems absurd. it is also written like the renters (who are paying a LOT per night) are in elementary school - say that you will make people pay for damage. I expect that if we damage something we should pay, but I don't expect such an odd approach to dealing with customers paying multiple thousands of dollars. Treat people like adults.
2) The owner seems to have a weird level of focus on the place. He mentions monitoring visitors from cameras by the doors,... It just makes the whole thing seem creepy.
3) A lot of stuff was in poor state - the garage door didn't open so we had to raise it manually/park on the street, the coffee table had damage to the edge when we arrived (which worried us given his crazy list of things he would "fine" guests for), one bathroom had an issue with the faucet, stuff was clearly low quality and not holding up,... Just odd for a place that is this expensive.
Again, none of these things are a deal breaker, but we wouldn't ever rent here again given the oddness of #1 and #2 above and the reality of #3.

We are a family group, all senior adults. We had everything we needed, pretty much. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect for us, quiet, but still not far from downtown. We recommend.

We had a great time. The house was just as the pictures on the website. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Amit was very helpful getting the property rented. I would definitely stay again.

Great house for a group event
We enjoyed our stay at this house. We were in town for a NCAA basketball weekend. There was plenty of space for three families to share and gather in the hearth room or spread out to our own rooms. Communications with Amit were quick and responsive on this last minute reservation. Thanks for sharing your house.

Great Spot for a Reunion
8 college friends and I rented this beautiful home for a reunion weekend and it was perfect. Tons of space to sleep and socialize, great kitchen for cooking or cocktailing and many good nearby restaurants. Amit was a great communicator and always available if we had questions.

AS Good As It Gets
I travel frequently and have stayed in some beautiful rentals all over the world, and I have to give Amit a gold star. This is a very beautiful home that is well represented by the online photos. We had a group of 10 (family and friends) in Chicago for a family wedding- we stayed several nights and couldn't have been more comfortable. I am a mattress snob and need my sleep- so the beds were very important to me! VERY comfortable beds and all of the furnishings were top notch. Will absolutely stay again.
