Beautiful villa with all anyone might need for couples or small family. In excellent location with all facilities at hand. Highly recommended Another wardrobe in the back double bedroom would be useful and outside sofas as in the Aphrodite Villa would be nice

Impeccable service from start to finnish, the villa was outstanding, spacious and spotlessly clean in a lovely quiet spot just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Nothing could be improved, everything was provided for.

This villa is of the highest quality, we have stayed in many villas in this area and this is easily the best. It has been refurbished beautifully and was spotless on arrival. The pool and villa are cleaned regularly and the local office email to check if you need anything. They even sorted our taxi back to the airport. Bars, shops and the beach are all less than 5 mins walk away. Nothing

The villa was lovely, it had everything you needed. The villa was spotless had a fantastic time.

I can’t praise Villa Delphi or Ocean Club holidays enough. The villa was immaculate, all the facilities you need and more, added bonus of beach towels included. Frequent visits the clean the pool and the villa. We had one small problem caused by a faulty hot water tank (no fault of the villa or ocean club) that we reported out of hours and was fixed before lunch the next day. We will certainly be back.

We loved the location of this villa, easy 5 minute walk to the nearby Spa and start of the Puerto del Carmen strip. The villa was also situated in a quiet location, and was immaculately maintained. Would highly recommend and definitely rebook again. A welcome pack would be a nice option.

Hi this was our second visit to this really great refurbished villa we first visited in 2019 just after it had been refurbished wow they did a fantastic job dealing with ocean club was made easy by the all the very good and friendly staff we would like to mention one member of the staff at the Lanzarote office Faye who came to sort out a small issue with the TV on her way in her own time we really appreciated it we would recommend ocean club to any of our friends definitely be back No improvement needed keep doing what your all good at great service great staff so easy to deal with

The villa was immaculate modern and so spacious with a glorious swimming pool. The beds were so comfy we found it difficult to get up in the mornings. The location was perfect it was so peaceful and just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Ocean club were very helpful in keeping us updated and providing easy access instructions. We had a lovely holiday and have already recommended to family and friends. As we arrived on 1st January the supermarkets were shut so it would have been helpful if some bottled water had been provided. Luckily the Italian restaurant let us buy some from them. Perhaps the offer of welcome pack that guests would have the option of purchasing at booking stage would be a good idea.

This 3-bedroom villa is spacious inside and out and beautifully finished. It was spotlessly clean and is ideal if you prefer to stay in to eat - BBQ outside and well as a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect - quiet area but within easy walking distance of the main strip and the beach. Perfect - can't wait to go back. Nothing.

We have stayed the last 4 years in different Villas but this is the most upmarket and has everything you could ask including great position and location, the cleaner and pool cleaner seemed to be there every day lol not once a week but a lovely place and helpful staff even down to sending us a taxi to get home. thanks again we will be back

We had a lovely holiday in this great holiday home. Every 2 days, they would clean the pool and house. Location was also good. We will come back! Thank you! With small children, I would recommend child safety socket. Because they are hanging very low in the house. Different pillows would be great..And maybe something for the children to play with?

Stunning accommodation Excellent facilities All needs catered for Great pool Very good location Only issue was heavy traffic to hotel accross the road. More a distraction than an intrusion. Our portable speaker sorted this quite easily.

We’ve even coming to Lanzarote for many years And have always come to ocean club holidays . Excellent location , villa Delphi has had a complete refurbishment , marvellous , what a great job they’ve done . We will of course be back to stay soon

just had the best holiday in this villa well looked after with maid and pool cleaned every two days and easy reach to a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the villa is very private not looked over from neighbouring villas or hotel

Whilst the location of the villa is good, we had lots of issues from when we arrived meaning we ended up spending the first 3 days of our holiday waiting at the villa for maintenance. The description on the website is somewhat misleading and privacy is an issue. Our key complaints are below: • Wifi didn't work on arrival and took 3 days to sort & even then was very patchy • On the website the villa is described as having fans in each bedroom. We assumed this meant they would have ceiling fans which is typical in Lanzarote. However, they were fixed desktop fans plugged in at the wall. They were ineffective and used the only plug that was in the bedroom. Also it could only point at one bed as the fan didn’t oscillate and being hot it meant it was very uncomfortable for kids sleeping. For a little cost, ceiling fans should be installed in both bedrooms and the lounge. • we were told by sales that all villa’s had recently been refurbished and had flat screen TV’s of at least 30/32”. However, the TV’s in the villa certainly didn’t meet that spec and were about 26” and the villa hadn’t been refurbished for a long time. • The villa wasn’t private as coaches arrived frequently to hotel opposite (on a couple of the days this was approx every 10-15 minutes), they pull alongside the villa and all people on the coach can look straight into the villa and pool area which wasn’t a great experience. For small cost, additional screening on the front wall could eradicate this problem. • There's no privacy to the side of the villa and the neighbouring villa looks straight into the bathroom and second bedroom if we had the windows open which again was not great. • From a list of 60+ sky channels, only about 6 of them actually worked so when advertising SKY TV, I think this is slightly exaggerated. • The bedroom mattresses were rock hard as they were orthopedic mattresses which meant for a very poor sleep and bad backs. • Sunbeds were very old and broken and didn’t make for very comfortable sunbathing and affected the amount of time we spent round the pool. • Sofas are very old and worn (rips in arms of sofas) and even the throw-overs to hide this fact are getting old and worn. • Tiles in bathroom and kitchen were badly cracked and didn’t look like it had been ‘recently refurbished’. When raising these with the receptionist she wasn’t particularly friendly, helpful or accommodating. She was rude and clearly not interested in customer care. Great location shame about rest :-(

Stayed at the villa Delphi in Lanzarote run by Ocean Club Holidays, what a pleasure to deal with this company. My wife and I arrived at the reception and was soon being transported to the villa, everything was explained to us at the villa and what a surprise the villa was spotless and the maid service kept it that way all week, the pool was brilliant heated just right and plenty of room to actually swim in it and again the pool guy kept it clean all week. The villa is in a quiet street great at night and the main strip was only at 10min walk to various bars and restaurants. Ocean club even arranged our taxi back to the airport. We both agreed that this was the most relaxing holiday we have had a big thank you to Ocean club

Hi Guys Firstly I would like to thank the guys at Ocean Club for letting us Villa Delphi for two weeks. Excellent Villa location, just right nice and quiet at the Villa but only a ten minute walk to all the shops, bars and restaurant's you could wish for. The villa its self is beautiful and set out with loads of space inside, the pool is brilliant big enough to swim in, it has a large sun terrace south facing which has five sun beds and two umbrellas ( but its big enough to take many more ). There is also a nice covered area with a wooden table and six chairs ideal for relaxing at night with a takeaway and a couple of bottles of wine and watch the sun go down. The villa was cleaned 3 time a week Cleaners 10/10 The pool was the same pool man 10/10 Once again THANKS Ocean Club we will be seeing you again Norrie & Wayne
