What an amazing Finca, as previous reviews have mentioned the views are breathtaking, spacious accommodation, amazing gardens with multiple seating areas to soak up the sun and views. Very comfortable beds and quiet location what more could you ask for?

Lovely spacious place to stay for family of 5 adults all 18+ for peace and quiet with fantastic views. Very well equipped. Lovely location but very high up in the mountains which uncontrollably made the weather misty and cold which was a shame for June/July. Poole adequate for our needs unfortunately not able to use as often as we would of liked as it didn't warm up enough because of the cold weather. Warm welcome from Jim whom thankfully met us and showed us the way to the villa and had lots of suggestions of place to visit and eat.

We were two families (4 adults, 4 children) who stayed in this villa in May 2021 for two weeks vacation and in general it was perfect holiday. Julia was very helpful before our trip and answered all of our questions very promptly. After arrival Jim explained everything to us and was at our disposal any time we needed something. The villa itself is located at quiet place on the hillslope where you can relax without anybody disturbing you. It is quite high above sea (around 700 m above sea level) which means that you can have sometimes cloudy sky there and lower temperatures but we appreciated that because by the sea was already very hot (second half of May). When it was cloudy we just went down to the sea and when it was sunny we stayed at pool. And the view out of the terrace is stunning! There is very nice garden seperated from road by big wall so you have plenty of privacy there. Water in the pool was initially quite cold but after few days of sunshine the solar heating together with pool cover made their job and the water temperature was more than 26°C. From villa it is 20 minutes drive down to the beach or if you go in the other direction you will reach Teide national park very fast. I would say that the only con might be the little bit outdated furnishing and bathrooms but on the other hand it underlines the rural atmosphere of the villa. Value to money ratio is very good here. Our kids really enjoyed it and we had there one of the best holidays. Thank you Julie and Jim, hope to visit you again.

We cannot promote this fantastic house enough! We spent a month there to celebrate our honeymoon and had family visiting throughout our stay. Julie was so accomodating, warm and helpful. There was even a bottle of champagne, toys for the kids. James the manager was an angel and gave us so many great tips for exploring the local area. His 30 years on the island meant he knew all the best markets, beaches, and hikes and he cared for the grounds with such love. We can't, really put into words the beauty, the panoramic views out to the ocean, the sunsets, the memories, the variety of trips, perfectly off the beaten track but close to everything you need.... and more. One of our top experiences renting a house in general (and we tend to do that every holiday). The house is spacious and nicely furnished and the views are stunning. Also the place is very well kept, really clean and has a great relaxed ambiance. Lots of info about the house, island, many spots where you can relax. The pool is nice and has solar panels warming it so it was possible to use it in late November :) The air temperature is usually 3-4 degrees lower that in san cristianos. The contact with both the owner and the manager easy and quick. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again!

There's a great local mountain walk to the top of Rouque de Conde which rewards you with fantastc views of southern Tenerife and starts only 10 minutes away from the property. We were also grateful to Pauline and Phil, who answered all our questions and were happy to share all their local knowledge. Great stay!

Beautiful property with stunning views of south Tenerife. The property was light, clean and well equipped. Pool was cold, however this was due to the previous week of awful weather (that luckily had passed by the time we got there). The heating was great as it could be controlled from several points. Only downside was when it rained the electricity tripped out for the night, however when it dried out the following day it came back on fine. Very easy place to stay and information from the lady that greeted us was great. I would certainly stay there again :)

There is a great bbq grill in the backyard, which we used a lot for cooking dinners.We rented 2 Autoreisen cars for 8 people that is sure a better option than a mini-bus as the roads can be very tricky. If you drive to/from Teide, you can visit private wineries which offer delicious and affordable wine.

Very cosy place for private enjoyment. Poll could be cleaner but all other is quite OK.

We had a great time at the villa- the location worked well for us as we didn't want to be in the really touristy areas yet they were only a short drive away (15mins) when we did fancy a trip to Siam waterpark for example (which is amazing!). Views from the villa are breathtaking and the grounds are beautiful. It is a bit cooler than the coastal resorts but that wasn't such a bad thing and it was worth it for the peace and quiet! Villa has everything you need and arona is just down the road which has restaurants and shops etc. Would thoroughly recommend!

As an adult family group of 8 we found this property very spacious and well equipped. Lots of places to sit and relax inside and out. Table tennis was great for the guys and sun loungers sufficient for us all (although one or two need some repair and could do with one more dining chair indoors). Welcome pack of provisions was very useful. Garden lizards were interesting and kept any insects away. Didn’t use the pool much as we were a little unlucky with the clouds but when the sun was out it was nice and sheltered. Lots of books and films etc provided. The views were spectacular and a walk to the village providing the legs and lungs a good workout. Coffee and huge cake selectionin the Aroma cafe and the Italian restaurant where we met Phil was good. Phil was a really helpful chap and the owner, Julie, also very helpful beforehand. We hired a minibus from Autoreisen at the airport, only about 250 euros for a week that allowed us to follow the sun when it got cloudy in the mountains and to access the national park. Siam water park was excellent and the horse and pony riding at La Camella nearby was great with the English ladies there rescuing horses and doing treks around the locality. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent communication in the lead up to our stay. We met the local housekeeper who we then followed up to the house, so that was very easy. Great to have someone show us where everything was, give us some recommendations etc And the welcome pack of food was a pleasant surprise. Julie also provided useful info beforehand. So car hire was through Autoreisen which was cheaper than normal and easy to use. She also recommended Andy Tomkins who leads guided walks all over Tenerife and who we used twice (Masca Gorge, Anaga area) . Worth looking at his website. The house was well equipped and to a high standard. The outside space was ideal with the different areas providing shade and seating. And good views too. A useful location as quick to drive down to the coast ( Siam Park, beaches) but also easy to get up to Teide which should be a must for anyone! You can buy your food supplies in Arona but we also enjoyed eating out; worth mentioning the Aroma Pastel cafe in Arona and the spit roast restaurant in San Lorenzo. So overall, I'd definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Tenerife but who also wants a little peace and downtime away from the busy coastal resorts. You get the best of both worlds here!

We were 2 families staying in the property and it was not only very spacious for us but every room in the house was stylish with beautiful and interesting pieces of art around. Everywhere was immaculately clean. The garden too was equally interesting and the pool an added bonus. The 180 degree views were incredible and took in the towns below too. You ideally need a car if you stay at the property, although we did walk to Arona most mornings for a few provisions. Los Christianos and La Capella are not far to drive . The temperature is a few degrees less than down in the towns which can be very welcome on your return. The house too is cool and airy. I would recommend getting about the island in your car as very interesting. Mount Teide a must and Santa Cruz a great place to visit and shop.

We wanted peace and quiet, and that's what we got! Very relaxing. The Finca is well equipped and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Unfortunately, due to the cloud cover and the wind, it wasn't as hot and sunny as we had hoped so we didn't use the pool or sit outside much when we were there. We spent a lot of time exploring the island though, so were able to catch the sun in other places!

I have to say the photos of this wonderful villa do not do it justice, it's lovely. We had a fantastic holiday and particularly enjoyed the pool. The drive to the villa is a little bit of a challenge but easy once you know where you are going. I can't recommend enough, hope to see you again soon.
