Good room, nice bed, cute shower inside the toilet, good kitchen, fridge available, the location is top notch! The AC is working well.

It might get loud at night, you can hear when someone comes in or talks in the corridor, but the property provides ear plugs. The towels are not changed, you get only one and that’s it.

The Guesthouse is awesome. The location is conveniently located near the subway station and many food places and shopping stores. Perfect accomodation for a solo traveller. Chris is an amazing host, very helpful and kind and speaks great English. If I am back in Seoul I would stay here again!

Even though I put the AC on 26 degrees, I was freezing during the night, because the bed sheet was not thick enough. Not let the AC run was also not an option. Pillow too hard. So I really wished to have a thicker duvet.

The place is quiet and easy to reach to popular spots. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The room is clean and the owner is nice and helpful.

There’s no elevator but the owner helps us carry our luggages downstairs.

Breakfast was complete and satisfactory with the price point.

I loved the location and my room was very clean and perfect for what I needed. Just make sure to use Naver maps or you’ll get lost. No worries though, the host was AMAZING and helped me to find it!

-great location, middle of hongdae. many restaurants near by. about 5-7 mins walk from train station -emart near by. -the host is nice and very helpful. -Great price. light breakfast, included - clean -host can keep you luggage before/after check-in/out ( jz leave them in a hallway)

-soundproof was bad, we can literally hear everyone talking or walk in/out. but overall not too bad as no one is making loud noise at nite. - small bathroom, no separated section for shower. shower is just an extension from the sink, strange layout. it is like taking shower in front of a sink next to toilet bow. - no lift.

The staffs are really nice and friendly. The room is also great. I think this place is really good.

My friends and I had a nice room for 3. It's a walking distance to Hongdae shopping area, which is known for its urban arts and indie music culture, local shops, clubs and entertainment. The room is clean (everything looks new), we like the breakfast, and we can also cook our own meal. We can put our luggage after check out, before leaving to the airport. The owner, young couple Minseok (Chris) and his wife Chen are very kind to us, they can communicate in English!

The room is not big but enough for me to lay open my large suitcase for packing. The location is also very convenient, just right next to the street with many boutiques. I can always conveniently put the things I bought back in the room before buying more. The guesthouse owner speaks fluent English and is a very caring and friendly person.

It is not very sound-proof so I can hear people eating in the pantry. But they provides earplugs for you to freely use.

The host really take care of us. Provide laundry service with small charges and simple breakfast. Chris is able to converse well in English. Bed is very comfortable with thick comforter. Property near Hongik Uni Station Exit 7 with escalator. Lots of eateries within short walking distance.

It was the first place we stayed in our first visit to Korea in late Nov ~ early Dec, we stayed in 4 different places during this visit, HeimaGuesthouse was one of the best, no doubt, very impressed, clean and tidy. Chris and his wife were super helpful and attentive, very accommodating, and gave us good recommendation on food/supermarket etc. We arrived late due to plane delay, but they stayed up and waited for us and helped us carried luggage upstairs and also allowed us to keep luggage while we travelled to other cities. Location is perfect, easy to find, most importantly it is very easy to reach out to both Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport (domestic). The location is close to the main shopping and food areas in Hongdae area, the closet subway station is Hongki Uni Station (use exit 7 and walk 6 minutes to HeimaGuestHouse. Hongik Uni Sta is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2 as well as the AREX (airport express) and the Gyengui-Jungang Line. Exit 9, it is adjacent to the heart of Hongdae). We had an enjoyable stay, strongly recommended.

The location of this guesthouse is super convenient which is near Airport express line and Metro Hongdae station. Besides, it is located in the heart of Hongdae shopping area but hidden in alley that you won't feel noisy. Love the location very much. Many restaurants and shops nearby so you can find everything within the walking distance. Although the room is a little bit tiny but it is very clean. The public area is clean also. The host is very friendly and helpful. He will answer your question in short time.
