We have stayed lots of times before. Everything is excellent quality at the lodge. The views from the hot tub are absolutely amazing. The hosts are lovely. I have already booked a return visit.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

We had such a lovely weekend here for my Husbands birthday, everything was just perfect, the lodge, the location, the views, AMAZING! The village itself is just so wholesome and peaceful. The village pub is a 5 minute walk away, the food here was lovely, as were the couple of staff we spoke to. We also called in at 'Rachel's Walnut Cottage Tea Room' just around the corner (again, a few minutes walk away) which was a cute little place!
I already miss the place and would definitely stay here again, and would 100% recommend to others x

Absolutely everything, best lodge we have ever stayed in. It was clean, checking in was easy. The lodge has all those little extras that you don’t think about until you away and need it. The bottle of Prosecco and milk in the fridge was a lovely extra touch.
The views from the lodge are amazing, loved watching the sheep, goats and horse.

The lodge was super clean, it was nice and warm when we arrived with the little fire making it look cosy. The bubbly in the fridge was a lovely touch. The hot tub was amazing. Also the minimal light pollution was great and scenery from the cabin was beautiful.
The remote controls didn't work very well.

we loved that it was in the middle of no where, it was quiet and the farm animals was lovely to see first thing in the morning!
the bed was a little uncomfy, however we loved everything.

Both double rooms had en suite facilities, everything is spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable, the setting was quiet, the hot tub/ seating area was private and the views were spectacular

Outstanding view. A lot of thought had gone into giving privacy to occupants of all 3 chalets by hedges and screening. Super large bed and wonderful hot tub. Private safe parking.
Information in chalet detailing local walks needed please.

This was our 2nd stay here. The views are amazing and it is perfect for a chilled out break. We had some lovely weather which was a bonus. It is very clean and it has everything you need in the lodge.
We will be back again :)

Booked this fantastic lodge for me and my wife. Owner was very kind, they even left us a bottle of drink! Very comfortable lodge, everything you need for your stay. The hot tub and the views was brilliant. By far the best lodge we’ve been to. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect peaceful location & the lodge was beautiful.
We knew Vicky was on hand if we needed anything at all however she left us to relax.
Lovely little touches in lodge such as fizz chilling in the fridge, milk (which I’d forgotten) hot chocolate/marshmallows, basics such as tea/coffee and robes for the fantastic hot tub.
The location is lovely with the ponies, sheep and goats and all guests of the other two lodges where super quiet. Loved how relaxed our break was - just what we needed.
The lodge itself is reflected really well in the photos, exceptionally clean, comfy beds, two bathroom, lovely decking area with hot tub, seating and BBQ.
The lodge was even decorated for Christmas 🎄
100% worth a visit.

We loved it all. Me, my boy friend and dog stayed for 2 nights and it was beautiful. So relaxing. Being sat in the hot tub with stunning views was just what we needed. Our doggy loved the lodge too, it had decking for her to wander around on. It had fencing all the way round too so when we were busy we didnt have to panic about her running off.

The view was stunning nothing better than relaxing in hot tub having that view. Bed was very comfortable. Bottle of bubbly was a nice touch.

The location was idealistic, everything we needed was in the lodge already, bed is the comfiest bed I've slept on, if I could have fit it in my car I would have taken it. What a place, tranquility at its finest.
There is nothing I didn't like. The place is perfect.

Everything was brilliant! A wonderful host, with a welcoming attitude and approachable nature; beautiful setting with incredible views; lovely walking and cycling routes; comfortable, well appointed lodge with meticulously clean hot tub; great open playing field for the children to run on; a selection of animals to look at, and we even managed to get a free ride in the host's helicopter!!
What more can I say - faultless!!
Nothing really, maybe a bit more crockery would help when the dishwasher is loaded, as we ran out quickly, particularly with mugs.

Everything about our stay from start to finish was just perfect! We fell very lucky with the weather and made the most of the amazing hottub, views and walks. We will definitely be returning in the future!
