El entorno y las vistas es lo mejor del alojamiento, enfrente el mar, a la izquierda se ve a lo lejos la ciudad de Valencia y su puerto y atrás el Parque Natural de la Albufera

Ubicación, tranquilidad, vistas, comodidad. Muy completo en cuanto a menaje, electrodomésticos y mobiliario. Con Eric, el propietario, no hizo falta contactar con él en ni un solo momento durante toda nuestra permanencia en el apartamento. Señal inequívoca de su buen hacer entorno a esta vivienda que alquila. Seguro que volveremos.
Por desgracia coincidimos con unas obras de reparación en la fachada del edificio que aunque un tanto ruidosas, para nada impidieron una estancia genial.

the warm welcome by Eric was the start to a perfect stay. the great view paired with the tranquil environment make this the place to go, relax and recharge. if we could have stayed longer we would have.

AMAZING VIEWS! The apartment is big, clean, nicely decorated and with everything you need for your stay. It is very well organized and the views are spectacular, everything is better than in the pictures! It is very easy to arrive to this place not only by car but also with public transportation. Also the hosts are very nice and polite. Una estancia de 10! Gracias por todo!

The panoramic view , the super quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Valencia, the flat that is in great condition and looks like it has been recently refurbished.

exceptional view on 270° from the 12th floor ! ;
view on the Sea at 180°, on Valencia city, on the Albufeira Park.
at first arrival, the towers and surrounding looked not so nice, but once we were in the appartment, what a surprise !! with amazing view from all 3 sides of the appartment ! and a very nice and new design , decoration in the appatment, and all the accessories in each bathrooms, bedrooms !
