The rooms were neat and staff were nice except for the one working the next morning who was not so nice.

Breakfast was horrible! Just stale snacks in a bag!!! Who does that? And to think I booked that hotel because it comes with breakfast. I was really disappointed with that.

I went to the hotel back in 2020. It was great back then. Now, it seems like it is just going worse and worse. The cleaning is not as good, everything seem’s like they don’t care anymore.

I booked the jacuzzi king suite to have relaxing evening while I was at a convention during the day in Toronto. It is my third time at EST hotel but definitely my last. The room aren’t as clean as they used to be. The jacuzzi itself was only half working and is not even done building/repairing. The chairs in the room had wholes in the leather/suede. The telephone shower head of the jacuzzi was not working. The principal jacuzzi head was holding on with electric tape and the whole jacuzzi didn’t even had finition on it! It is a shame to rent this room as a « jacuzzi king suite » I feel like I have been scammed paying that amount of money for a room like that. I asked questions about the jacuzzi to the front desk and they didn’t even know how to make it work… I can provide more photos if needed

Rooms smell cigarettes and marijuana. Night staff who assisted us was not accommodating and not helpful either, very sarcastic and arrogant. He’s just focused on his laptop.

Poor quality hotel. The shower had cracks and holes that were over filled with caulking. Towel holder was hanging off the wall with an open hole. My room leaked water from the ceiling at 2am by the window that woke me up - I thought it was outside but it was all inside behind the curtain. The door card lock never worked so I had to walk back to the concierge to get another key to open my door (I think it got reset every time the maid came in to clean). The parking lot was small and very sketchy - if you don't get parking directly in front of the doors, you have to park by a dumpster where there were drug addicts hanging out. The free breakfast was a paper bag that you got from the concierge desk that had vending machine kind of food and there was a coffee spot but it was only hot water and decaf instant coffee or tea bags. They take a non-refundable payment for a reason - you would leave after the first night.

When I booked the room I had bathtub and when the room provided to me I didn’t had bathtub in the room! This was unprofessional!
