Rundown, dirty, poor shuttle service

The cleanliness is pathetic the hotel smells of animal pee on almost all floors. We were in a room next to kids that made noise and banged stuff for 3 continous days it was a nightmare

Cleanliness very poor. Constant knocking on the door by the room service even when do not disturb sign is out. No water bottles provided in rooms. Bathroom excessively small and very old. The walls to the other rooms allow you to hear everything from other rooms.

Spacious room and queen size beds

The breakfast - not many choices, especially no salad !!! I only had the fruits and a bit scrambled eggs, no regular choices of eggs And the manager asked me to do a review but he was standing next to me the whole time to watch me or even “assisted” me to fill in the review with “excellent services”

overall experience was disaster

The Front Person In the Morning was in a Bad mood i talked to them but they said you need to pay instead of explaining what happened they said you need to pay that was the manager and the front staff on July 5, in the morning. I called the hotel someone answered with the name Samena i, so to sum it up I paid Booking.com, and the hotel has 2 authorizations on my card even them they are not communicating as a team.

The staff, especially Learry, were extremely helpful. He looked after us when our trip to Niagara coach didn't pick us up from the hotel. Learry gave us a lot of very useful tips on how to spend our free time. Thank you! Breakfast and other food in the bistro were very nice. And the shuttle to the airport is very good

Дуже були різноманітні та смачні сніданки. Особливо мені сподобалося ,що ліжко ну дуууууже зручне та велике ! Персонал постійно моніторів мій стан психологічний, та відповідав швидко і корисно на всі мої запитання та нюанси які виникли . Дружелюбні та добрі , компетентні та відповідальні! Я задоволена на всі 100 відсотків!
