El hotel esta viejo, la primera habitación que nos dieron olía horrible, por lo que pedí que nos cambiaran y mejoro pero no mucho, el personal es indiferente, la atención en el mostrador de llegada fue de terror. Estuvimos dos noche y no nunca nos hicieron la habitación para el recambio de toallas tuve que pedirlas por teléfono.

Breakfast was excellent. The team at the breakfast worked very hard to make the start of the day meal exceptional. Kudos to all the staff at the Mizzen bistro. The room was cleaned very well and extremely comfortable

The frontdesk staff doubled charged us for an extra night. Be wary of that! The lack of chairs in the room. We ordered dinner and breakfast in the room because we were extremely jetlagged. But couldn't be comfortable for seating meals because there is only ONE chair available. We had to have our dinner plates on the bed. Yikes! Too many lights - that globe diamond standing lamp was unnecessary! Not practical.

The pool was freezing cold, and I booked the room specifically to take my grandchildren swimming. The room itself was average at best, but comfortable enough and clean.

Room had excellent views of Lake Ontario, very comfortable good facilities and able to come and go as you please, free bottled water which is a great idea. Would stay again excellent location. Clean and tidy.

The parking valet service is excellent. There's a grocery shop that's always closed when you need it. They give free brand-ecchs pod coffee in the rooms, no cream. Hotel is situated near the CNE and Rogers Arena.

Never waited in an hour long plus lineup to check in before. Chinese pilots kept getting service before everyone else, i.e., butting in line. That made me late for my event. Carpets in rooms are threadbare and old. Furniture is cracked and worn out. In the shower they removed the soap dish so I couldn't even use my own soap without it falling. They put 3 large liquid bottles on the wall which get in your way you when you're showering. They did this so that you can't take the hotel soaps home anymore, it seems like. They don't have all night room-service anymore, you have to order in or go to Subway if you're hungry and they don't even print the menu on a card, you have to scan a QR code to see it. All the food options are grody health food, organic-kale-pancakes type nonsense and no comfort food. They don't give a breakfast sheet for your door. Room was set to 70 degrees even though it's winter, and when I turned up the heat it seemed like air conditioning was still on somehow, it never got warm. If you're a Chinese communist you probably already know about this place.

The gentleman at the concierge desk was absolutely amazing!

I booked 4 rooms and gave names for each room but they still couldn't check in until I got there. Our rooms weren't together. Generally check in was difficult and after the names that corresponded with each room were all wrong. We ate at the restaurant (I will admit we were a group of 11). The food was meh, I had the pizza I'm guessing it was a frozen item that was just heated in the oven. Drink orders were all over the place. A lot of construction that was poorly advertised, the bathrooms at the West end of the lobby were out of service, some sort of sign pointing to the other washrooms would have been nice. Valet was helpful and prompt.

Prompt and friendly check in. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Loved watching the ferry cross at night.

The main restaurant up high had closed. Pool area tiles dangerous when wet. strange bedsheets,slightly uncomfortable. Not a good blend of music in amenity areas.

The lakefront location is spectacular. I had a beautiful view over the water. The staff were efficient and extremely friendly & helpful. All of my requests were met expeditiously.

My room was fairly old. The door to the washroom wouldn’t stay open and the washroom itself was a very inconvenient layout. It wasn’t possible to adjust the thermostat and overall the room felt very stuffy.

I stayed 3 nights at the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto while attending a conference. Awesome Hotel. Modern facilities. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The catering was amazing and possibly the best I have experienced at any Hotel in over 30 years of worldwide, business travel.
