Location perfect with courtesy transport to/from airport.
Very helpful and friendly desk staff and bus driver.
Great facilities in the room with separate area for tea/coffee making with it's own sink.
Comfortable bed with a good nights sleep
Good food in the attached restaurant
The music in the attached restaurant wasn't to our taste (haha!) as we're getting old but we didn't ask them to change it.

All in all it was a decent hotel that was well located for overnighting before a flight, especially because of their free Airport Shuttle. The WiFi was good, the bed relatively comfortable, and the TV had adequate channels. I also appreciated the nice size bathtub.
The staff weren’t very friendly and they didn’t seem to be able to answer simple questions. They didn’t have basic info about the restaurant or room service. I also thought the price was expensive for what I booked.

It seemed clean and the staff was kind. Also affordable.
The doorknob to the bedroom broke when I pulled on it. The faucet also flung off the wall when I pulled up the spout diverter because it wasnt attached to the wall properly. Could’ve been a really dangerous situation.

Clean room and staff friendly.
Did not have an accessible room and there were no grab bars in the bathroom of the assigned room. So I was not able to have a bath or shower. For persons with limited mobility it is crucial to have grab bars as a safety measure.

Last minute avaiilabilty. Quick check in. Nice room overall (space, fridge, microwave)
Sheets were dirty. Construction in parking lot started at 7am felt a bit eatly. Cost was expensive based on ultra late checkin + $25 for my 7lb dog. Maid was vacuuming hall at 9am. No chance to sleep in / relax.

And the customer service ( Julie) refused to support me
Also room was dirty ( many dirty tissues under the TV table )
AND THEY WAKE US EVERY DAY AT 6 AM BECAUSE OF THE CONSTITUTION AND RENOVATION in the hotel ( very loud sounds because of machines)

Quick airport shuttle service and great service from front desk people and very comfortable bed!

The room was very nice and spacious. Shuttle worked well from and to airport.
The bathroom could have used an additional rail to hang the towels. It would be nice if this hotel could also provide breakfast.

Shuttle provided but you have to make the call for the pickup. Front desk staff is super nice to welcome us at 3am in the morning.
The telephone number that show on Booking.com is not valid for the pickup. Try to find it at the bus stop at the airport instead.

Very easy access to the shuttle. At 1am I called the very helpful front desk lady and asked her for a shuttle, she told us where to wait and once we were out the shuttle came. Also the way back to the airport the shuttle was ready for us. That's the most important thing for us when we travel. The room was nice too. Definitely recommended.
The bathroom had a weird smell... not a big issue though, I'd still stay there again.
