Outrageous in price for one night stay compared to other area hotels. Food could have been closer and on site. The on site restaurant Pittsburgh blue was outrageous in price. Need more variety. Very rude staffing attendant upon check in. Arrived at 2:18 PM and told us your room isn't ready until 3PM. Instead of finding us a different room that was ready, made us wait until 3PM to check in.

The staff on front desk, concierge and executive lounge are rude and unwelcoming. My complaint about my room was ignored and the receptionist was dismissive of my request. The food in the executive lounge is cold and inedible.

We loved having an exceptional restaurant on site.

The pool, hot tub, and sauna were over run with a lot of kids, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy.

The view, the amenities.

All the kids ruined the pool experience during the day/evening. We got up to enjoy a few hours alone at 5AM.

The rooms are always neat and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I had a procedure done at the Mayo Clinic that required someone to assist me back to my room. They made a quick phone call and the Hilton driver was there to drive me back to the hotel. The driver was so friendly. We had a great conversation on the ride back. Excellent service all around.

Hotel was very clean and liked the executive lounge plan. Exercise room and sauna were also a pleasant experience to use. Will stay there again next visit.
