front desk staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. he was able to answer all of my questions and was very understanding. I’ve had an experience last year with a Kahler employee who was really rude and just not empathetic with Mayo patients. we had to really think hard before we booked it this time around because of our previous experience. we also liked the vicinity to Mayo.

Room I eventually stayed in was fine -- comfortable & quiet. Great location & access to Mayo Clinic. Late check-out greatly appreciated.

First room great distance from lobby and heating/cooling system did not work -- despite efforts of maintenance man. 2nd room on lower floor fine with different heating/cooling system. Hotel grill closed at relatively early hour in the evening, so had to walk elsewhere -- inconvenient. Tried to have lunch there following day, but service so slow & inattentive, I walked-out with no one paying any attention or explaining delayed service.

Shower fixture was very cumbersome.

hotel continues to hold charges amounting ~$500 about a month after my stay.. release it please.

Location was excellent

Nice looking room king bed, desk area, small frig, nice sized tv, not much extra space but worked well for me would also be fine for 2.

Bathroom was clean and had all you needed but did feel a little cramped.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful . I’m in a wheelchair and the handicapped room was large enough to move around easily and was very clean.

Typical larger hotel. lots of walking. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean.

Connected to Mayo. Easy access thru tunnels.

Room 367 was cold and the thermostat did not regulate the temperature. The toilet "burped" occasionally and was not fixed when I told the front desk.

restaurant bar service closed at 9pm - we went to a show at Civic Center - were disappointed that there were no options. Sauna snd hot tub were also closed - another disappointment.
