Great location and nice view at Taupo for big family.
The check in information was sent on the same day which should really send at least a day before.11 of us was struggled to get in the house with the wrong pin we received in the confirmation email. Cleaning also needs to improve, have stains on the cover sheet...

the place is falling apart, not cleaned well, vomit left in bathrooms and when staff were called to come and sort the problems out, they came and did NOT clean the vomit.

The house has the most amazing views and the location is perfect, close to town and close to the lakefront. It worked perfectly for our family weekend away. And the house was so warm!! The plunge pool is awesome.
There is some wear and tear that needs to be looked at - a broken sofa arm, TV in main bedroom doesn't work, a couple light bulbs need replacing, coffee filter wasn't clean, had mouldy coffee still in it.

View. To die for. Comfortable private and secure. Spacious and very clean.
Front sensor lights not working. Huge bundle of exposed wire in main bedroom. Ugly and unsafe. Also where was the covid tracer log in or sign in? All very well to have massive tracts about covid in your emails but you need to walk the walk also.

Huge house, very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful lake-views from the deck and two main bedrooms. Great location, close to town. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of secure parking. Will definitely be back to stay again.
Could have more seating on front deck. Not really an issue though.
