It was clean

We did not have enough blankets in our room for the pull out sofa couch and there was only one staff person on duty. Our remote control did not work.

Perfect location. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired but there are plenty of places nearby to eat.

We traveled with 4 kids, and they had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. This was under $200 and free breakfast! I also felt safe, and there were lots of options for fast food local. This was my first time staying, and we would gladly stay again!

Breakfast. Out of one of each ingredient to make a full ensemble. -No milk for cereal -oatmeal with no toppers or hot water to cook -biscuits/and white bread with no gravy or jellies/spreads. I ended up eating dry cereal with about a spoonful of brown sugar mixed in.

The room was Great , everything you need and more , very clean and had all the fixings as if you was home .

Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Good variety and all of it tasty! Friendly staff! Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Large room with tons of closet, drawer, and storage space. Big fridge and freezer for a hotel. Everything was in working order from the blinds to the microwave.

We could hear our neighbors through the locked adjoining door. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. Beds were not as soft as they could be. We weren’t told that room service was only “upon request.” TV channels weren’t listed in the welcome information binder. Also, there was no welcome information binder:/

Shower water pressure not the best. But overall was excellent!

The breakfast was very good and one of the best I have seen for a while.

Laundry was piled up in hallways for days. No extra pillows couldn't get clean towels. I guess laundry people didn't show up.

The location had bed bugs I was bitten all over when it was addressed it was like they already knew it. it was infested with them.

Breakfast didn't really have much for kids

The room was big and had a lot of space. We loved it. Plenty of space for 6 adults. A great set up for my husband to do work on multiple computers. I was impressed.

The shower door kept opening but it worked when we shoved a washcloth in it to keep it closed.

The staff put us in a room with a door for an adjoining room even though we didn’t need an adjoining room. We could hear the people on the other side (with both doors closed) like they were inside our own room. Sleep was sparse the second night because the other people stayed up all night talking (and yes just them talking sounded like they were right in our room). What kind of hotel doesn’t make their walls and doors thick enough for people to have a peaceful night sleep? The staff finally called their room at 2 AM and they settled down for 5 hours but were up at 7 or 7:30 AM which woke us up. Needless to say we will not be staying at an Home2suites ever again. There were men on the patio staring at our little girls when we would go to the car. That made for a very uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was very sparse with choices. There were dead flies and gnats in our room. There was no indoor pool and the outdoor pool wasn’t even open event though it is warm enough.
