The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned. Further, it was leaking such that the floor was wet. Facility needs maintenance.

Nice place, clean and easy to get to.

Had no issues until 2nd night. Was laying down to get some sleep because we had to get up early on Sunday. Room next to us was blasting loud music from about 10pm on until after midnight. Called the front desk to see if they could do anything. The person stated that they tried but the people in that room did not speak English so they did not turn the music down. They wouldn't answer the door to me.....so needless to say we had a restless night.

The hotel was convenient and the staff were so caring and amazing. I’ve had a lot of devastation since Covid 19 and it was nice to be surrounded by people that cared about the customers like family and were compassionate and extremely professional

I don’t have any complaints about any of my experiences because if it were a challenge, staff went out of their way to fix it,

Dirty stained toilet. Bed was uncomfortable. Had to hook the TV up myself, all the cables were disconnected. Rude night shift clerk after asking for a couple more pillows

Staff professional and accommodating

Not being able to book my room after I’ve been here so long and now I have to find another hotel when I have been a good customer and don’t bother anyone. Plus I’m very sick and don’t have transportation to leave and I’ve been staying quarantined to protect myself because I’m already ill and have an autoimmune disease

Charged me again on arrival. In orocess of disputing charges.

Everything about this place was bad.

It was close to all the good restaurants.

The beds were uncomfortable the pillows were flat no extra ones had to go buy some from Walmart the carpet need shampooed and the rooms had not so clean smell.

Location is convenient to the stores.

The cleanliness sucks. The room smelled bad. U only get 2 pillows that was flat. I went to Walmart to buy my owe. If u have kids and they make noise they only give you one Warning before they ask u to leave with no refund. We stayed here to take the kids to Kentucky kingdom. I will never come back here again. Oh and there is no pool for the kids or nothing for them to do either.

The second floor smelled like nursing home meets puppy mill. There are a lot of cops that come there apparently. The third floor smelled like marijuana horribly. It was very sketchy and I left because I didn’t feel safe for my kids and I to be there.

A little dirty and all restaurants were on the other side of a busy street.

There was no breakfast.

My room 306 beds was not made I had to make them myself. Room 307 toilet didn't work it was always clogged. Room 209 had roaches so they moved them to room 326 those beds was like someone had just gotten up and checked out. So again they were moved to room 114 and it smelt like a Pot Factory. The whole stay was sad and it was un called for.

No clue. Didn't get a chance to like anything.

Even though I had a reservation, they did not have a room for me because some housekeeping staff quit and "the front desk person was too busy - at 3am to go clean my room".
