I stayed there 3 times, for 3-5 days and they are still holding $100 accidental deposit for over a month, so $300 total.

First room assign was not ready and whole wing smelled like marijuana... Second room assign smelled like mold and mildew.. pillows supper small, bed uncomfortable, 2 towels instead of 4, no bar of soap for shower or hand wash, carpet felt wet, would not recommend

Check in took almost an hour. Computers were down due to roof leaking. Room was fine but it was almost impossible to get clean towels. Even when we asked for room service we couldn’t get it. When we went to the desk they were not able to get towels. No hot water one morning and no power another night. Garbage day at the bottoms of stairs for days. Stairs were in a state of deterioration and not very safe.

Bed was really hard. Refrigerator barely worked. Bathtub had chipped paint all through the tub floor. Stuff all over main are floor, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.

No electric paeking available and the room and bathroom were so dated the finishes made the room seem unclean due to the cracks and peeling enamel.

We were in the area competing at the Pokémon Regionals at the Kentucky convention center. The staff at the front desk were friendly and wonderful. Check in and out was fast and smooth. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable. Coffee maker was broken in the room. There was a fridge in the room but, no microwave. The only microwave was 10 mins away in the lobby area. Yes, it was a long walk from the room to the lobby area. The breakfast buffet was terrible. Price was too high, and food had zero flavor. Sausage was grey, eggs watery, biscuits hard. $12.95 per person, for what? Overall, the price was good but, I would plan to eat elsewhere.

Rooms are not in good shape. Looked like no vacuum in several guest. The hair dryer was broken. The shower did not work. The shower lever was broken! House keeping attempted to enter the room at 8:30 am the next morning. The buildings are run down and not maintained. The toilet ran most of the night. The entrance to our building was terrible. I would not stay here again at all! We waited over an hour in line (with many other poor souls at 1030pm) when their credit card system went down, so many frustrated customers & chaos, literally no customer service to calm people down! They had our card numbers so it wasnt like they werent going to get paid. It was a literal maze to get to our room, torn drapes, very hard bed, stinky smells everywhere, people reving their motorcycles outside. Nope not staying here ever again!

Dated, but it was sufficient. Pool was nice. Bar was great, bartender was amazing. The western burger was amazing! There are no vending machines or snacks available. Bring drinks and snacks!

The staff was fantastic from Check-in till check out. We did run into a little bump on the road. But they were able to switch us to a different room. Which fixed it no problem The bar was nice. The restaurant was good and the fact that they had an indoor pool was a big bonus.

THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!! Staff is great! The hotel is old and in desperate need for maintenance. The bathtub/shower is painted white, the bathroom door couldn't latch because the door had been broken and just needs replaced. Toilet paper dispenser doesn't work, floor tiles are cracked and missing etc. but the pool is pristine, the food is great, and every member of staff was the sweetest. We were there for 4 days.
