The apartment was very clean, with plenty of amenities. There was enough of the basic kitchen supplies to cook with. Toiletries were provided in each bathroom, along with towels and blankets. There is also a hypoallergenic pillow, if you need one. Additionally, both the bedrooms were on separate floors with individual bathrooms, just in case you are traveling in a group and need privacy. Also, Frederica was super helpful throughout the stay, even giving tips on places to visit and other general needs. I would totally recommend this to anyone who would visit Pisa, and I would surely go back.

It is not something that I don't like, but I seem to have missed it. If someone has problems with climbing staircases (knee problem/handicap, etc), I would not recommend it, as the bedrooms are on two different floors with the kitchen being on the ground floor. Just to keep in mind.

The apartment has the best location you can have in Pisa. It is a short walk from the airport and train/bus station ( Pisa Centrale). It is close to all main attractions and close to restaurants, bars and markets. It is a 3 floor apartment, accessible by stairs. The first floor is the kitchen and service area, on the second floor there is sitting area wit tv and an additional toilet and the third floor is the bedroom and toilet. It was supper clean and nicely decorated. The area was quiet at night although close to the center. Federica was the best host you can have. She was waiting for us and explained everything about the house and the city. She gave us great recommendations on what to visit and some restaurants which we had delicious food and wine. We enjoyed very much our stay. Recommended!!

We really enjoyed time there. It is very well organized apartment and had everything u needed. The location is very near central station on other city spots. Frederica was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in late.

We really enjoyed our stay here, for us everything was a walking distance from the apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Federica is a friendly person and the information we received made finding the apartment easy.

Nice, clean and cosy apartment situated almost in the centre of Pisa (the tower is a 15 minute walk, the trainstation is a 5 minute walk) owned by a very friendly host (Frederica). We stayed only for two nights with our children (2 year and 4 year) and we would have stayed more but we wanted to go to Florence as well. The place is very clean, and each floor has a bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, big and confortable bed in the bedroom, and even the extensible couch in the livingroom is comfortable. Frederica can recommend you anything you need. She even had children playbooks which was an unexpexted and welcome surprise for our kids. If we ever return to Pisa we will stay at her place only. Highly recommend even for families with small children!

Everything at Civico47 exceeded my expectations!! Federica is a wonderful host: caring, always available and flexible with times and anything that you might need. The property is on a quiet street, only a short walk away from the tower and all the other beautiful sights. Civico47 is a beautifully renovated property, where you will find everything you need for a short or long stay. I can easily recommend it and I will make sure to book again if I visit Pisa again anytime soon.

The apartment is modern, super clean, well-equipped with everything. The host is super friendly, helpful, always available through whatsapp and responsive.

Francesca, the owner is priceless. Very, very nice. The property is like 20 minutes to Leaning Tower and 5 minutes to Ponte Mezzo. Everything is ckean and new. Close to station and airport (7 min). If you stay here eat at Numero 11. Is… perfect and it s 2 min.

- Super clean flat with 2 floors and very well equipped: 2 bathrooms, a big bedroom, a well equipped kitchen. The place looks new. - Great location at 5 min walk to the train station Pisa Centrale and close to the city centre, restaurants & bars. - A great host proactive in the communication and helpful with recommendations & tips, and available if you need her. As a solo traveller, I enjoyed having the flat on my own, lots of space in a nice area. I definitely recommend Federica's place for a short or a long stay.

This is a self catering apartment over 3 floors all very clean and smart. I really like the extras in the kitchen from the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper etc Everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Lovely pizza restaurant just a few doors away. Lots of stairs but it says so in description. The two bathrooms are of a high standard on the middle and upper floors. Also, the owner is amazing, Federica is always at hand and helped us with so much over and above a normal stay. Thank you, we definitely recommend you :-)
