Récemment rénové 3 chambres, 2 maison de bain complète. House dispose d'équipements modernes tels que la télévision par câble, Netflix, une cuisine complète et un parking sur l'allée. House est très bien situé, près de tout ce que Niagara Falls a à offrir. Profitez de toute la maison avec trois chambres, chacune avec un lit queen. Moins de 10 minutes en voiture des chutes du Niagara (4 miles), Prime Out, restaurants et grandes épiceries. La 2e salle de bain complète est au sous-sol. Il y a 1 lit Queen et 1 lit jumeau au sous-sol uniquement pour être utilisé lors d'une réservation pour 9 personnes. House dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage central, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, de Netflix et de la télévision par câble.

House was clean and well situated for our group. Close to restraunts, shopping and our destination Niagara Falls. There was plenty of room for our group sleep wise and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if we get out that way. Off street parking was great as we were all on motorcycles and with bikes off the street made us feel better.

Home was clean, quiet, and included everything we could have needed. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and only 5-10 minutes from everything. Great location. Communication with the owner was easy and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood in older but updated home. Bedrooms are small but beds very comfy. Upstairs bath very cramped. Planty of room for big family, all appliances except dishwasher. Beautyard private parking at house off the street. Host responds quickly to calls, very friendly and helpful.

Initially the location looked a little shady but upon closer inspection all was fine. Just did not realize Niagara was such an older town. Kitchen a little crowded but everything else was fine. Beds and baths all comfortable and we spent 3 enjoyable nights. Good location and a short and easy drive to the falls.

The house was as advertised, clean and neat in a quiet convenient neighborhood and ideal for a family of four adults and two children. Basement was newly refinished and provided room to spread out.

Owner forgot to send check in information, but responded to my message immediately. House was clean and had almost everything we needed. Communication was great. We received entrance information in advance of our arrival & Sam replied very quickly with any questions we had.
The property was very clean & had plenty of supplies. We could actually walk barefoot without getting our feet dirty.
The neighborhood is older & isn’t 100% kept up, but 99.9% of it is well maintained. We definitely felt safe & allowed our teen to go for a few evening runs in the neighborhood.
We would love to stay at this property if we’re in the area again.

Property was clean. Room with crib was very bright(blinds did not block light and no dark curtains). Very little space in kitchen to prepare food. Neighbors lights shined through blinds at night, which affected sleep. Upstairs bathroom is very small. Make sure to watch your head in the basement as the ceiling is very low. Close to Niagara Falls, which is nice.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was close to Niagara University and shopping and restaurants.
We were 3 moms and 3 teenage boys. We had lots of space for everyone.
We forgot an iPad at the house when we left and we were contacted right away so that we could go back to pick it up. We would stay there again.

Owner easy to communicate with - we aged from 68 - 82 = the black sofa in the middle is very uncomfortable - kitchen table uncomfortable to sit at - great bed rooms and 2 bathrooms was great

The house was good but we wish they had a washer/dryer and a kitchen table for 6 instead of a very small table/island for 4. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beds were comfy. The house looks smaller than on the pictures but we overall had a nice stay. Sam was very quick to respond to our emails and very nice. It was pretty close to downtown (10 min drive) and the outlet mall, yet far enough to enjoy some quiet time. Thank you Sam!

We stayed there with 6 people and went to the falls which was very close, shopping outlet which was minutes away and the hockey and foot ball games which were about 30 minutes.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well taken care of, and Sam was an incredibly responsive host. The crib being included was a huge plus and the reason we ended up booking this home over all of the others in the area. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice home in the Niagara Falls area.

Quiet and convenient
Great property in a convenient location. We spent three days exploring Niagara and Buffalo, and were happy to come back to a quiet home for our afternoons and evenings. Very kid-friendly as well, which we appreciated (a crib and a high chair for our little one!). Sam was also very kind to check in with us and gave us some great dinner recommendations. Would happily stay here again in future!

Very clean house and super-conveniently located for accessing the Falls, other parks and the Niagara River, which were our main objectives. Sam was very responsive when we had certain needs, like more pillows and a kitchen utensil. Our group of five found it a bit of difficult to cook/dine in the kitchen. We knew it would be tight but the pictures might not make this perfectly clear. Sam could add a few more kitchen utensils like a large cutting board, a colander and some higher-quality cooks' knives would really help things. During COVID, of course, eating in was a high priority. Overall, it was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.
